Chin checkin!

Yesterday I wasn't able to get to diaries. Here was my damn day:
7am: Ohms, chants, running 20 minutes which burned 260 calories
8:30-noon: Boring work, but for food I had a
berry wafflewich and a small chocolate bar.
Noon: Genie and me to beach and back, 30 minutes, about 160 calories burned.
5-6:15 Went home and folded 3 loads of laundry and other chores, probably burned about 200 calories
6:30-7:20: Gym, weight training, about 300 calories plus the after-burn.
7:30-8:30: Yoga at gym, moderate intensity, fucking excellent feeling! Man I am limber, I forgot how good I am at yoga. I can do everything with no modifications. Well, I certainly cannot do hardcore stuff like Rooster or anything. Calories? Like 250
8:40-9:30: Visited with my old housemate who lives somewhat nearby, talked about my ex a bit and my career plans.
Rest of the night: Emailing my best friend and my high school sweetheart and a bunch of other friends I'm trying to keep in touch with.
Bed at 11:30
Today: Weighed in at 144.0 lbs, yay!
I really want to check out the diaries but I have a while lot of subscriptions and I don't think I could take on any more, sheesh! It's already 7:27am and I have to shower......ugh, and at work it's increasingly more difficult to check out diaries......ugh. Well I'll be part time come Sept 17th, so unless a life change happens then, I'll be around way more often
