I really, really like these pictures I posted/just got from C and I want to get back to there. I am all bloated for some reason lately, but I need to really take a look at my nutrition.
Isn't it weird? To take a picture and think, "Wow, I look so thin in that picture," instead of "I look so fat in that picture". It's kind of a big deal from last December.
Today I had my cereal and soymilk and soy yogurt--but I had not only strawberries, but black, blue, AND raspberries!
Banana, some peanuts, a huge apple, 3 crackers, and lunch was a giant wrap--kidney beans on whole wheat tortilla with hot salsa, mango, avocado, and lettuce.
So I'm to 1110 calories, which is great, I don't feel like snacking, I can have a great dinner and be on the low and have a deficit, and I'm doing Kickboe tonight!
One problem: I still have not run since the race (May 6th). My feet are happy and my heart is missing the high intensity. My heel is much better but I'm afraid of opening the wound. I have gained weight since I stopped running, coincidentally--or not so coincidentally. But I shall resume this weekend!
