Oh I know! I don't know what my problem is--I HAVE been eating a whole lot of raw fruit. Today I had a salmon salad for lunch--but the salmon was undercooked and I threw it away and had strawberries instead....after I had an apple....and before, I had had strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries on my Berry Wafflewich. How much is too much??

Heehee... blueberries will do it. My family refers to the unpleasent phenomenon that occurs after eating too many blueberries as the "blueberry runs". Sorry to hear of your misfortune, but it's pretty goddamn funny too!

The cuplrit is BLUEBERRIES!!

Oh, Blueberries, why must you treat me so wrong? What did I ever do to you?! I love you! :(

YOU!!!! You smoocher!! You're not blueberries!!! Teasing, 12 Pack, or can I call you Twelvepac? Thanks for dropping in--you sure don't look your weight.

Ewwww! I found another pic of me at 158 lbs--you know, that time I thought I looked ok, but man, when I saw the pic of myself I was like, "Damn I'm fat!" No offense to anyone who is comparitively heavier, I'm just saying it is quite different to see a picture of yourself heavier and think, "Do I look that chubby?? Really? I thought I was fine!" Hmmmm. Photos and their adding 10 lbs. Grrrrr!

Thanks for the wine recommendation. My first taste in a long time and I enjoyed it (Sangiovese). Had two glasses and still came under target today! Thought of you buying it etc.

I know what you mean about your photo. You look better now.

You still look pretty good to me. But you definitely look much better now!

Thanks Tom! I'm pretty sure the BF feels the same way. BTW he still hasn't commented on my weight loss. He just acts in a way like he notices and it's positive for us both. I respect that. But at 130 I'm going to scream in his face, "YO! I lost 28 lbs! WHAT IT IS, SUCKA!!" ;)

Oh I feel so good inside! :D You actually took my rec! :D I'm so happy! :D Glad you liked it!!!:D :D :D

Thanks! Yes, we all have "skinny" pictures to compare our "fat" pictures to....well.....I guess not everyone but in a perfect world, everyone is going to because everyone is going to reach their goals! YAY!

BTW Randy gave me rep, saying that "158 never looked so good." What a sweetheart, huh?!!:)

I really was LOL'ing at that one. :D

Yeah...oh and I'll do it, too. I'll be laughing, too. At 131 I'll be at his BMI--and he considers himself skinny! I gave myself a nickname at 158 lbs" "chubby bunny". I even drew a picture:

Anyway, he still calls me "Chubbuns." I actually like it and think it's cute--IF inappropriate at this time.

The same thing happened to me on a run once...thank goodness I was running on campus so I got to stop inside the fieldhouse!

Tonight's update

Today I am not proud of myself, because I ate a doughnut. It was a packaged one--my dumb coworker (ok, she's smart, I'm just mad and blaming her, but not really it's my fault) brought in a box of 8. One was 280 calories. It wasn't that great and it sat like a lump in my stomach. Also, I had a package of CADBURY MINI EGGS another coworker brought it. It was 210 calories. I'm too lazy to add up my calories today, but the rest of my food was fairly good--for dinner I had the rest of my coconut snapper soup and then I made fresh rolls:

Tapioca roll (like rice paper) with salmon jerky and avocado and chives and Romaine and mint and cilantro and Thai sweet chili sauce.

I ate 3 of those--but they are low-calorie. I only used half an avocado and 2 packages of salmon jerky (180+160 calories plus whatever else the stuff adds up to.)

Last night my buddy was playing music upstairs and kept me up until 2 am until I finally asked him to be quiet (politely). I was amazed at my decorum--PMS and all! Anyway I've been exhausted all day. Lots of phone calls at work and we made peanuts in wine orders--like less than 30 Gs. I've been working on a presentation packet to Raley's for my boss--putting together the info form, 6 copies of POS (point of sale, or shelf talkers, BTW I design ALL or almost all the ones my company uses--for over 100 wines. It's exhausting but I'm a whiz at Adobe Photoshop CS II), and six copies of the tasting notes. Hmmmm, for about 12 different wines. I hope they get accepted--more money for the company and for the wineries. Anyway, between that, the phone, the wine orders, and checking the ARs and calling the accounts "Yo, you need to pay this bill--give me a check number"--I'm pooped. It's like this everyday but hardly on 5 hours of sleep--I usually get 8. The wine business is so glamorous when I'm out pouring at events, but in the office....never a dull moment, I tell ya.

I kick-boxed after work. Unfortunately I am too fit now--hardly broke a sweat and I could tell by the small amount of water I drank that it wasn't too much of a workout. Day 27 of my cycle. I am in a surprisingly good mood! PMS symptoms not bad at all. Poor Casey!!!

Going to vacuum before I go to bed. I'm going to be settled down by 10pm, get up early, and run on the beach at the buttcrack of dawn because I have wine class after work. We're doing Italian reds and I'm bringing in some Ortman 2005 Sangiovese to share with the class out of the kindness of my heart (from when I went to S.L.O.)

Tomorrow I'm picking up my friend from San Leandro and going to Livermore, then heading up to Sacramento on Saturday to visit my other friend there, and I may stop by Elliston Winery in Sunol to get their NV sparkling. It's "crappy" and sweet and I absolutely love it!!!

Ah, Sac! It's like living in a rap song! My buddy said these white gang members decided to rumble in his hood (which is all-black), and not their own, and the neighbors got upset and jumped the rumblers and all hell broke loose. last weekend. FUUUUUUUUNNNN! I appreciate homeland security. On a more personal note, like they say in the NRA, when the government comes for your guns, give em the ammo first!! Ha ha ha, just kidding! My dad was an NRA member. I'm a sympathizer (too cheap to spend all that money to be one, not into it enough).
