Morning, thanks for stopping by Everyone
Thanks for the comments, glad some of you enjoy my diary--trying to keep is somewhat interesting
OK, boring time:
What's on my Mind Now
This morning I was pleased to see I am back down to 138.5 lbs--the lowest I've been. However, I noticed that the past 9 days my weight has gone from 139.5-138.5. Fluctuated by only 1 lb. In the last 9 days. Is this a plateau? I looked at my "data" and it is customary for my weight to stabalize at this point in my cycle. In fact, if this is
not a plateau, my weight should drop over the next few days, then rise 4-6 lbs for "Aunt Flow", then drop to lower than 138.5. This is what has happened for the past 3 months. I'm just going to assume it will
On a positive note, I wanted to list the things I'm grateful for, right now:
1. Strawberries are in season, and they taste deliciously sweet and suculant, instead of slightly bitter and stiff.
2. I'm in the 130s and I look fine, I feel better, and I'm more fit than ever
3. I live in an excellent area that is beautiful, the air quality is superb, and there's a plethora of natural foods stores.
4. I am inclined to eat a very healthy diet: this morning in my basket at Aptos Natty Foods was: 2 hearts of Romaine, 1 loaf of sprouted wheat complete protein bread, 1 container Wholesoy soy yogurt, 2 organic Fuji apples, 1 basket organic strawberries, and a container of roasted red pepper hummus. I had cereal with soymilk, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries with yogurt on the side for b-fast: for lunch I'm toasting the bread and making a B.L.A.T. sandwich with fakin bakin.
5. I love a man who loves me.
6. My family is well.
7. My friends are doing fine, too.
OK, after that, here are the annoying things that bother me lately:
1. I'm so fit, that workouts are easier and I sweat less. It is extremely difficult to get my heart rate up high anymore--I pretty much have to do squat jumps for several minutes. How the hell am I going to get any ftter? I need to mix it up...
2. I don't have enough money for a new wardrobe, and as it is I think I need a second job--I'm going to try to work at a wine bar on the weekends.
3. My car needs a new bumper cover and front blinkers.
4. I can't decide if I should open a 401K with my work--they don't match it
5. My boyfriend's lifestyle is really wearing on me--his smoking, sedentarism, and laziness around the house really bother me, but he's so sweet and loving I can't really get irritated with him
OK, I'm done--see ya later, time to skulk....
