Thanks, the "cute" look is the look I am attracted to--I love the curls and the boyish grin. Oh yeah did I mention he's a genius? Yes, he claims to have a fast metabolism--which he probably does, but he also barely eats--he seldom makes it to 2000 calories a day. Damn smoker!

Does he have a certain IQ? I'm not sure what qualifies someone as genius. Just curious.

Yeah, I can't remember what it was--but I don't beleive much in IQ tests as there are all sorts of different ways to be intelligent--he does math in his head, which is helpful in the grocery store!

Beautiful beach, Curvie. Here's the one I go to:

Beautiful beach, Tom...

I'm 30 minutes from the beach now and usually only get there on the in the summer. I have a group of friends that do a "Monday Night at the Beach" that is a lot of fun...it's Monday nights from June 1 through Labor day. Everyone either brings food to grill or stops on the way to pick up something to eat...first one to arrive (usually around 6 pm) snags a firepit--we usually get the same one-- and starts the fire going...ya bring your dinner, wine, coffee--whatever you want...and your beach chair.

We all sit around and visit and enjoy the summer night...once the fireworks go off at Sea World at around 9pm (which you can see from our vantage point) we say our good-byes and go home. We have a great time and look forward to seeing everyone.

Thanks for stopping by!!!

Beautiful beach, Tom. The beach by my work is only a 10 minute walk, so I can walk there, romp, and come back on my 30 minute lunch--sunlight IS good for you (in more ways than vitamin D) but I wear sunscreen (grandma had skin cancer).

That is great that you are so close to the beach....I work downtown...close to the Harbor, but not the beach and not really close enough to the water to walk to during lunch.

See how spoiled I am?

Cleaning out the samlpe room=free wine. I got 9 free bottles of wine combined, yesterday and today--well actually some were splits (375ml) so I got more than that. I usually give the whites as gifts because I prefer red--but I do enjoy a spectacular Chardonnay or Viognier once in a while.

I realized something fantastic

As of today, my BMI is 22.0.

WOW!

And only 3 months ago is was almost 25. I'm really happy! All that torturous dieting and strenuous exercise and denial....and I was even able to party and binge once in a while!! I guess the several 3000 calorie days did SOMETHING for me :)

I am excited about being in the 130s....*fingers crossed* with me luck!

Thanks for all your support! You're all so nice and interesting

Oh Girl, here it is...

WOW.

WOW

WOW

Oh Goddess!!!

I can believe it but it's almost too good....

138.5 lbs

Last night, I could TELL my weight was going to drop--and I stepped on the scale at 9pm, which I never do, and it was still 140.5. In my experience of doing that, I'm usually a lb or more less the following morning. So I was anticipating the drop in weight. But I didn't expect it to be 138.5 fucking lbs!.

So after rejoicing, I immediately looked at my weight data. It is highly likely I'll see 137.0 lbs in the next few days; however, by day 14 I see spikes and falls, and April 1st is Day 18 in my cycle, and by April 1st I will most likely feel the urge to eat more. My weight might go back to 140, but it may be the start of bloat. I predict spikes and falls, followed by my weight going to 142 or 143 on my next period, then falling to 135 after that (or less) from my past data, as long as I keep weight training twice a week, and running. I LOVE to run and it is excellent for burning calories---and the fat will get used up if I continue the weights. This is what I'm predicting.

But for now,

YAHOO! I hit the upper 130s!! I'm elated!!

:D ;) :D ;) :D ;) :)

I congratulated you in my journal, but this is excellent news.

This is what happens when you do things right! :)
