Yeah I have one of those pumper things, your right maybe I should try to buy smaller bottles, it's just hard because I never know when company is going to drop in and I like to have larger bottles handy so we all have plenty. I should just buy double and smaller bottles I guess. I would not get up well the next day if I drank more than two glasses on a week night. I'm a light weight. LOL LOL I think your super sweet helping out that lady, she's going to benefit from you big time! Have fun today at work!! And yeah, your right even though Pink is cute, her body is a little ummmmm butch! to cut in some ways. I can't believe I'm saying that. LOL LOL

You know I was thinking if you ever came to Colorado I would love to have you as a personal trainer!! You could start a very profitable bussiness there!!:)

Kim: I know, it's the wine-drinker's dilemma! And yes Pink's pelvic region is a bit too cut for me to want that for myself!

Michelle: HI! i haven't dropped by in ages! Colorado, eh? Hmmmmmm

That's a toughie--yeah that's why ideally one should have 2-3 people sharing a bottle, so she doesn't drink too much! There are CO2 dealys that are supposed to keep an open bottle fresh, and pumps, too--I have tried them, they work a tiny bit. It is AIR, not temperature that is de-freshening your wine. ANd there's not much you can do except DRINK IT ALL!! LOL! :rotflmao: No don't do it!

Yes, maybe I need one of those thingy's for my 2-buck-chuck. I notice it's OK when you first open it, but if it ages for more than a few hours, it turns into 2-buck-yuck. Maybe that gadget would increase the shelf life to a whole day! :D

Hey I have no problem with Mr. Shaw!! Uh, I wouldn't be inclined to drink C.S. but I wouldn't NOT drink it if the bottle was a good one (they always change).

Hey Tom I have "UPS Tom Wine for B-day" on my calendar for July 18th--how funny is that? Hmmm what to give you?

Awww, how sweet. But really, I have everything I need. Post some nice pics of yourself, and I will consider that a great birthday present!

Randy!!! HI!!!

LENA! I drank lots of wine last night--Rombauer Chard, Cab, Diamond Select Cab, Merlot, and Zin. I was pouring at a restaurant, and had to go to the tables and talk about the winery to the guests. It was a lot of fun, and I got paid overtime and a free dinner/dessert.

Hi there Sara!

Update: Weight up 2lbs from eating too much bread and drinking wine--at the restaurant I ordered a green salad, then had small chunk of grilled salmon over ANOTHER green salad! Heh heh, what can I say? BUT I also had vanilla gelato. I tried to pour some Rombauer Zin over it, because the Zin is 15.5% alcohol, and Brix was 28.3--meaning: high sugar, high alcohol. It tastes like syrup! I thought it would be sweet enough, but it wasn't quite. Remember, if you are pairing dessert wine with dessert, to work, the wine has to be sweeter than the dessert.

Indulgent day, no prob. I have a feeling I may be maintaining my weight at this point, in the low 140s. This is OK with me, my body image is stellar, my BMI is officially in the healthy range, my body fat is nearly that of an athlete ("chunky" athlete, LOL!) I can't complain about that!

Not giving up with recording and paying attention, though!!!!!!!!!!

Emotional State: Slightly bummed and stressed. I will not be living with the BF, although we will be together. It is a good thing for us, but as a somwhat clingy girl, it's rough for me. He is happy-go-lucky as usual--I could learn a thing or two about being mellow from him, and just being happy.

Looking for a room to rent, not too expensive. got to clean, get rid of shit.

Hey there CG.
Sorry to hear you are feeling bummed. I went through this same phase with my (now) husband. We broke up for two years because he did not want to live together or go further than we were, which was basically a great boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. But I was really frustrated by it. And I am also a clingy girl. Needless to say I got through the 2 years, things changed, we talked, moved in together, eventually got married. After nine years together. Sometimes, it takes time!

I am also a lot less clingy now.

Anyhow, I hope you feel better today, and you look great as you are.

Indy

i understand you feel bummed and stressed...its ok, you have every right to be. its not an easy thing to change everything like this. but then again this might be good thing for you both.
and sorry to hear about those 2 lbs up, but i'm sure its the wine and probably the stress you been feeling lately. i guess are emotional eating habits don't disappear that easy ha?
stay strong, clean, throw things at the wall :) or go that class of yours and kick someone's ass :)

Hey we are both up 2 pounds I am not really happy about it at all expecially since I am really motivated and I know how easy it is for me to get discouraged.
Sorry to hear about your bf and you sometimes change is a good thing it may make things so much more better and it may feel like you first met all over again.
Dh and I were fast we met July 5th five years ago-saw each other everyday for 1 month then I went back home to boston. I week after I went home he surprised me and showed up in Boston thats what really seperated him from the rest-LOL We spent the most amazing week together .I was so surprised that he even came since he didnt speak the best english and leaving Germany to come to Boston a city he has never been to in his life , to surprise a woman he only knew for a month(didnt know if I lived a double life or anything)really made it even more fairytale like. I decided to break my studies and move back to Germany 4 months later and almost years of marriage and kids later we are still together!

Actually Curves it might work out better this way, as you will be more excited to see each other when you get the chance, it brings back that anticipation phase so to speak. It gets a little more exciting, and you two are crazy about each other so it's not like that is going anywhere. :) I have a feeling this will be a good move for you, it will be tough at the start, but it will bring back an old spark again, you watch! Sounds like your system may be due for a good old fashion FLUSH OUT!, your body is actually in excellent shape right now, so I'm sure it's nothing more than a little water retention at this point. Maybe you should up the liquids, and I'm not talking of the alcohol variety. LOL LOL Are you doing a workout tonight?? That might help a bit also. Have a great day!
