My decision....
*SIGH*
I really need to take 5-7 days off exercise. My body is telling me to.
In Kickboe today I was draggin and flat out didn't do a lot of the ab moves in the Ab Lab class afterwards. I stood up at the end and said to Psycho Michael, "See you in a week. I'm taking off exercise," and he said, "OK, Have a good week."
My body has been creaky and tired and my hips still aren't 100% healed from the over weight training I did with the stupid leg press machine. I've been exercising heavily 5-7 days a week for MONTHS minus the slight injuries this summer and the recent 3 days off. When I run, I can tell I need to heal.
I NEED at least 5, probably 7 days of restoration.
Why I don't want to do this (but am going to anyway)
--I'm addicted to my stupid workouts
--I'm paranoid about stupid shit that I have nothing to worry about, like getting soft (which is not likely, probably not even possible in only a week's time)
--I'm worried I won't be able to eat to deficits with no exercise.
--I'm worried rainy season will hit and I'll lose out on good weather for running outdoors.
But all things aside, I NEED to do this. What's more, I have my training text book and haven't started studying yet. I think I should just do that right now!! Good night y'all!
