LOL Amy! They should! Yeah, I enjoy rifles the most--I'm shotgun-sheepish, and terrible with a handgun :eek: I have a .10 double barrel shotgun I won't even shoot because everybody who shoots it gets a little hurt :)
 
WOW impressive, you only had one beer, I'm so proud of you, that's how it should be!! But honestly, I think there are less calories in wine girlfriend. LOL LOL unless of course you drink Light beer, then your okay, but I'm sure that ale wasn't light. :eek: I won't get into the guns thing as I could go on forever! My first H was an avid hunter, need I say more?? Both my sons own rifles handed down to them from their grandpa, who I might add was one of the very first Green Brae, and a Federal Firearms dealer, I've shot about ever type out there. LOL LOL My now H went through training as well, but his for a totally different reason, he want to be on the OKC PD, he passed everything YEAH!! Okay, that's enough Blah, Blah from me on the guns issue. :) Your so on the right path to losing more weight and keeping fit, I'm happy to see you just plugging along and staying positive. And your right if your body is telling you to take time off, then you MUST listen to your body, GOOD GIRL!! :cool: Have a good day today

Hey Kim! :) Yes, the 12oz of beer was 150 calories and 5 oz wine would be about 100 I think....maybe a bit more. But Kim, oh girlfriend, I WANTED that beer and I planned it too, before I went to dinner. AH it was so tasty--you don't understand how much I love the taste of a good brown ale. Mmmmmhh!!!! Besides; wine would have been $8 a glass :eek: and I just can't buy wine when I have 3 cases at home!

Oh I forgot!

My mom and stepdad are coming to visit today! A long time ago I gave them a day spa pass--and they only used half the value (because they used it during the daytime) so they're coming back to use it again, and sleep over. I am giving up my bed for them!

They seldom if ever have days off together, so since they have today and tomorrow off, they decided to come see my new house. OH SHIT I better start cleaning.....ACK!

I like shotguns but they just aren't smooth like the rifles. The damn shotgun kicks so bad that it's uncomfortable. I have a .9mm pistol that I LOVE. It's name is Lucille as in "Don't fuck with me or Lucille's gonna kick your ass". Ha!!

You girls and your guns!! Cracking me up. I live in an area of avid hunters, yet I've never fired a gun--well, not THAT kind anyway...lmao. I think it's hot when women know how to handle firearms...I'll bet David does, too. ;)

My Uncle found a pamphlet that has a chick that he thought was the spittin image of me. My whole family agreed, but I was skeptical. Then I saw it and was like, "Holy shit, the bitch DOES look like me!" She's about 20 lbs skinnier though :p Check it out, it's a trip:
