You my dear analyze shit way too much. ;) On a serious note, I'm just glad that you can sit there and say you truly are happy nowadays, Val. :hug2: By the way... I'm glad you enjoyed the "moob" post. ;) HA!

Sounds good, my dear! I'm not overly analytical, I just have my moobs sometimes! Hee hee hee! ;)

Goal reaching it is!!!! You too Stacey!

Well...2 years

Today marks the second year I've been with the BF. He sent a few really sweet emails this morning, and one was this picture of us about a few weeks before 10/11/05, when we were "just friends" with chemistry:

I saw it and was like, "Damn I look hot in that pic!" Good old corset top! And I was TAN for me, jeez!

Tonight I'm driving all the way to his house in Big Basin and we're making dinner and having it with his mom. I like his mom! Then I'm spending the night.....10/11/05 was the first night we....uh, ya know--in that same room! HA! His childhood room, talk about hot!

Last night I was up watching Ab Fab for a long time, then I slept until 10am, then I ran in Nisene Marks for 1 hour and 7 minutes, the LONGEST run I've ever done and it was FANTASTIC! Got to add up calories for yesterday and I'll be back!
:hug2:

I love that top!! you look awesome, but when do you ever take a bad picture, I haven't seen on yet! You look happy there, and I'm most certain he was! Have a great time tonight, enjoy it and don't over analyze it. Have fun! Lots of love

Thanks, Claudia and Kim, for the sweet words :hug2:

Yesterday I was doing great until I watched Ab Fab on my computer until 2am--I started to snack on a few balance bars in addition to my salmon salad for dinner. Then I was making this rice pilaf mix (brown rice, wild rice, and lentils all in one) for meals today, and when it was done it was so delicious, made just with vegetable broth instead of water and some sea salt, I munched on THAT too! So I ate 2430, which was more than I wanted but STILL under maintenance for the day.

Today I had the rest of the pilaf with Quorn brand fake chickin. Best fake chickin ever! Anyway, my run in the woods for 67 minutes at 149 lbs burned 800 calories!!! WOW!! That was fun, killer, and it burned so many calories....my new fav run spot. YAY! What a workout! I still took Genie to the beach and my exercise deficit is already 960 calories! I'm still gonna weight train tomorrow--weights was fun last night, and yoga was great! I feel very good, and I think I'm still getting rid of hangovers on hangovers.

Day 4.

you do look great in that top :) *whistles*
Nice run!!! I'm sat here contemplating one but I'm too tired! I'll save it for another round at the gym tomorrow and a long run this weekend :)

You do look hot in that pic and its not just that top. I'm one of the few guys who would see that pic and be looking at your face :), but you've got a great relaxed and happy look about you there.

WOW :eek2:800 YOUR A MACHINE! You put me to shame girlie!! HAHAHAHA And that's all right with me!! WAY To go on that run, keep those up and I don't care how many calories you down a day, your going to fade away. That's just amazing to me. Have a wonderful weekend, and enjoy your down time!
Kim

Stacy: Thank you! I had that top all ready to give away (because I was bored with it) but now I'm gonna keep it! :D

Yes, running burns A LOT of calories, especially trail running with hills. You run up and down some hills, your legs will be SORE all over! In a great way! I'd imagine it takes calories to repair the muscle, too--so you have an increased metabolism afterward. Then I take it further and lift weights the next day--no wonder I have big ass thighs and a big butt! Here's the picture I put in Steve's diary:

Rachie: Thanks, woman! Enjoy your run! It is RAINING here, and this weekend I may have to *gulp* do cardio in the GYM!

Joe: Thank you! I have been told I do not have a "butther face"

Stacy! I shall be in your diary later!

Kimmie aka VBF: Yes, running for 67 mnutes for a 150 lbs woman burns A LOT of calories--I'm glad I found Nisene Marks, and that's its bg enough to where I can run that long and not get bored! You know me--I HATE terrain other than dirt or sand. :p

Today:
I have much to tell but I have work to do, will update later on the Anniversary (ps it was GREAT! :D )

You looked awesome in that top!! Damn, I'm jealous of your ass, too..lmao. You're really workin' it with the running. Glad you had a nice anniversary with the bf. Looks like you're doing really well with everything--especially avoiding the booze. :)

Stacy: Thank you kindly for the compliments! :) I work very hard but I also eat way too much, I could look really thin and toned but I LOVE TO EAT and therfore I look toned and healthy--like an AMAZON! HA!

I understand a lot of women on here want to be at least to a BMI of 25. That is killer! It rocks, and if you weight train diligently I SWEAR you will be hard and hot! Well, some women say they don't have to WT and they still look good. I say, Good for you! Bitch. HAHAHA! No, I run very difficult terrains and weight train heavily, and spend a LOT of time working out, and it's a blessing that I have the time to do it (no kids, 30 hour work weeks...). My goal is to stop overeating and drinking. I'm basically a female version of Bacchus ;) It's not healthy to overeat/drink. I've got the "healthy weight" and "exercise" down, now I need to figger out the "comsumption" and "moderation" thang . I'll be good for a while, then stress/other things set me off! Anyway, enough whining.

Kimberly: Thanks Sweetie! I'm truly happy right now, just my head is buzzing with all sorts of ideas of how I want to spend my time. And you know, the Dahli Lama said,

"If your mind is scattered, it is quite powerless."

I say, "No shit, Sherlock!" :boxing:

Yesterday Night

So recap, in case you don't know.....

I'm dating a Gemini 23-year old; we met in June 2005 and started dating when I raped him at his parents' house 10-11-2005 ;) The circumstances were odd because I had just got out of a relationship with my ex for 2 weeks--and we'd been together for 5 1/2 years (since I was 17 and he was 15, yes I prefer younger men). Also, the guy who introduced us had a big crush on me. We kept ourselves as secret as along as possible.

BF's a literal genius and a computer nerd. He smokes, is messy, and some more complaints I have...but we love each other dearly and are totally sexually compatible. We're both animated, talkative, friendly people, although he is more sporadically social, and I am constantly wanting to go places and do things. He likes to sleep :) I like to run--our lifestyles are totally different.

We lived together from March 2006-July 2007. From about May-July 2007 we argued A LOT. In August we moved out--me to Soquel, him back with his mom in Big Basin. We still fought when we saw each other, because I wanted more time with him and he wanted time away from me, among other things, and our issues were NOT resolved. We did a trial break-up for 2 weeks late August, but one week into it, he got drunk and tried to hunt me down, leaving a teary message on my phone--I wasn't home!

Ever since we got back together after those 2 weeks, I've been adjusting to not putting so much of my importance on the relationship blah blah blah.....basically we haven't fought since. He has some interesting views on fidelity and let's just say there are allowances made. But all in all, this is working, and yesterday I went to his parents' house for dinner and to spend the night.

He bought and cooked halibut with a special sauce he invented, and mac nuts and pecans. I made potatoes. He surprised me with chocolate! We had a great time hanging with his mom. I surprised him with my Catholic Shoolgirl outfit when we went to bed. We slept soundly before he left for work.

I'm satisfied and pleased at his behavior--I sure do love him!

But I ate too much yesterday, which leads to my next post.....

Meal Planning

FINALLY I'm going to really plan meals and stick to them. It'l take me hours, I'm sure--I have so many articles and recipies in my little "Weight Loss Binder" where I keep info, some from the forum, some from articles and whatnot.

As I am not drinking, I'll have time to do this! And I love to cook. :)

Well, wish me luck!

Stacy: Thank you! I had that top all ready to give away (because I was bored with it) but now I'm gonna keep it! :D
...
no wonder I have big ass thighs and a big butt! Here's the picture I put in Steve's diary:

Wow...I missed both of these pictures!

You look beautiful! Keep the top...don't EVER get rid of it, EVER!!!

As for thighs and butt, "big ass" is not the term I'd use to describe 'em...

...perfect comes to mind...as does sublime, incredible and whoa...

Whatever you are doing, don't stop! ;)

David
