My mood has been spectacular, which is weird because (close your eyes, male readers!) I'm in the luteal phase and should be PMSing. But I'm not. Day 25.

Yesterday I did well with eating and ended with 2240, which seems like a lot in retrospect but I went to bed slightly hungry. I had a salmon salad for dinner, which seemed pretty low in carbs, simple ones anyway. Oh yes, and I weight trained for an hour after work.

Today my ankle feels 99% better. I'm going to Kickboe but if it feels weak I'll tone it down. After work I'm going home and packing stuff up, and move a vanload of crap I don't need day to day over to my new house. My buddy has a big yellow van and is willing to help me, of course I have to have sex with him to seal the deal. PSYCHE! Just Kidding! Did I getcha? :rotflmao:

I weighed in at 146 this morning, which is fine with me because I look pretty good, and the time I was 144.5 was the morning after I skipped a dinner and took a long, thougtful walk, which will make a weigh in light the next day, trust me! I'm happy right now, and very hopeful and optimistic about getting to my 135 goal before the year is out. I'm not in a hurry because, like I said, I'm fit and in a healthy weight, and now that I won't have the BF around to drive me crazy, I'll be much better!

HA HA, I was so bummed out for weeks about not living with him, and at this point I'm so sick of him (LOVE him to death, just tired of the same old same old) I'm almost eager to live by myself!! Geez Louise!

Good news, my paternal grandpa (the white one, who doesn't run, but rides his bike and goes to the gym 3 times a week to handle his T2 diabetes) agreed to give me a LAPTOP for my b-day! This means I can become even more of a WLF junky!!! Especially since I'll be living alone (well, with 2 female strangers). No fighting over the computer with the bf and the ex housemates!

I'm glad you are in a great mood. i am feeling much better myself today. It's like all the stress builds up and then boom you let out and you feel so much better. Then wonder what got you down in the first place. My troubles are light compared to a lot of people and so I haev nothing to complain abpout. So anyway, my point is i am glad you are feeling better!!:)
 
living by yourself, even if it's with two other people is great thing... enjoy the freedom...

though living with other women - good luck :D
 
Val, I am so very happy that you're feeling better about moving on your own. I've had that happen so many times with exes that I know I can't deal with the situation anymore but on the other hand I'll miss them and I hate sleeping alone like you. H constantly falls asleep on the couch and I'm getting so damn fed up about it. Can't wait to hear how these "girls" are, but it sounds like they'll just stay out of your business and will be nice if you just clean on the schedule and don't eat their food without asking.
 
I'm a great housemate, trust me! I sleep early, eat my own food, throw out bad food, clean up after myself, empty the lint basket AFTER I take my clothes out of the drier, and I don't even listen to music in my room--in my car. I don't smoke and I don't bitch people out. I DO like to cook, though.
 
Hi, Val. I had a hard time reading your post with my eyes closed, but I gather you're doing really well moving to your new place, and the rumor is that your ankle is on the mend. Terrific! Now don't mess it up at your class tonight!
 
Theres cons to weight loss??? Maybe the obessiveness to it (of which I suffer from) Maybe you don't???

Ha ha ha ha!!! I'll have to get some of Jeff Alexander's new brandy for them!!! No, Jaro doesn't drink and Tatiana claims she doesn't but Gary says she always helps him drink his wine. A lot of people whose rooms I looked at seemed to like me for my wine, har har!!
