wow i gotta say that because i used to be able to do thirty minutes on the elliptical and now im just working my way back up to it, and it aint easy, im only up to like 15 minutes total on there, so really good job!

It's not easy...I was up to an hour but I got slack with my exercising...but give me a little time and I will be back there! :)
 
I'm late posting again today!!

I did complete my work out this morning...just did not have time to update my diary. Today was Upper body day so I worked my Upper body and complete a great ab work out.

My eating was okay...

Breakfast/Lunch
Steamed Shrimp

Snack
Low carb FUZE

Dinner
1 or 2 Hot dogs without the bun (mustard on the side)

Snack (maybe)
Peach

Try turkey hot dogs, hamburgers, smoked sausage, ground turkey. I have turkey sausage, but I haven't tried that yet. The hamburgers have a strange taste, but it can easily get used too.

However, I've tried but I have to have either beef or pork. I just can't get with them...I know I need to do better in this area but I figure Hey, I only eat these items every once in a while so I should be good.

Maybe one day I will be able to report that I'm eating the above turkey products. :)
 
No formal exercise for me today...I am going on a Dependent's Day Cruise so I will get more than my share of Cardio in walking up and down the ladders on the ship.


Menu: Whatever they will be serving but as always it will be in moderation.

I've been MIA the last few days but I have been on track with my eating and exercising...Yesterday, I completed a great lower body and ab workout and today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and also some ab work. I think I will give my abs a break tomorrow as they are so sore.

I had a great time on the Dependents Day Cruise and I realize that I'm in great shape. I was able to climb up and down the ladders with no problems and in record speed. Getting fit really pays off!

I just completed another great work out this morning. Today was an upper body day for me. I really pushed it to the max and felt the burn this morning. I knonw my body will be hating me tomorrow.

Today I will concentrate on and be mindful of my eating. I will be in a conference today and tomorrow so I don't really know what I will be available for breakfast and lunch.

The weather is so nice here in VA... so I got out and actually hit the pavement this morning...I completed a 4 mile run/jog.


Updated @ 4:46 p.m. - Sorry, I meant to say walk/jog. Not run/jog :)

Great job. I really love to run outside, I usually run about 4 miles as well and find it very helpful. By the time I'm done my head is clear and I feel wonderful!

I know what you mean Missy...it is such a wonderful feeling...we have a beautiful lake in our neighborhood with a walking path and it's so peaceful in the morning and late in the evening walking around the lake and watching the ducks.
