Hello to all. I'm Marilyn and I'm 16 years old. With all the ads and mags making me feel like crap, I really need someone to guide me into training properly so I can lose my belly. It's not that huge, it's just summer is coming up and wearing a bikini with that belly has become my worst fear. First I can't say I'm totally un-active like some teens. I swim once a week and bike to school everyday (which adds up to about 30 minutes of bike each day). I eat properly but the trouble is, I've been through a little anorexia problem for the last 5 months and I've healed pretty quick, but my body seems to be storing any thing he can get into my...BELLY! It really bothers me. I really don't mind building a bit of muscle but I need to lose weight an body fat. Please name some exercises I could do daly or whenever to lose that fat quick. 6 months ago, I weighed 95 pounds. In my healing, I went up to a healthy and full 126 pounds. BUT now I've risen to 132!! OH oh!! Help!!
(please be specific on HOW to do the exercises because my english sucks!!)
