So I did do good calorie count wise on Friday (in the 1800s), just not so great nutrient wise - only got like 1 fruit, and no veggies.

This is my plan for today (if I write it down, I won't want to come back and say I didn't eat it)

Kashi crunch w/ fat free milk

strawberries w/ cottage cheese

(something healthy, don't know for sure yet)

natural pb on piece of whole wheat bread, banana

grilled chicken/sweet potato/veggie

light popcorn (planned a movie night w/ our 3 yr old)
 
We ended up renting Monsters Inc. except he keeps calling it Monster Stink. It scared him a little bit at times, but he liked it.

Monday - about to get off the computer and get ready to go to the gym

Don't worry, I sort of cried too. Then, I pretty much happy cried at the very end. :eek:
 
Ok, it's Saturday and I've been eating like total crap. DH has been home since Thursday afternoon and doesn't have to go back to work until Tuesday. When he's home, we tend to be out and about which means eating out. On top of that, I skipped my Friday morning weight workout, and this morning's Spin class.

But, you know what? I've been in an amazing mood lately, the weather is nice, and we're having a nice weekend, so screw it. I'll go back to the gym on Monday, and get my ass in gear. Until, then, I'm having a nice weekend (just not gonna step on the scale or measure myself) :eek:
 
Sunday -

Did pretty good calories wise (if I don't count the Malibu rum and orange juice);)

DH and I had a really, really great day. :) :) :) Bawchickabawaw...
 
Did pretty good on Tuesday.

Wednesday - so far, so good. I'm about to workout as well (starting the BreakIn workout from NROL, so we'll see how it goes)
 
Wednesday - started NROL breakin workout - I like it. Also, ate under my goal (by quite a bit), but considering the way I've been eating as of late, I needed to get back in check.
