Hi everyone!
Well I am new here, and i'll just gve you a quick intro. I'm an eighteen year old5"7 girl...i weigh 147 lbs, my heaviest, and my goal is to reach 125 lbs by the end of April...A pretty realistic deadline. I've decided, after having a breakdown last night, that I should tackle on my new year's resolution, witha head start!
So let me start with day one...
Breakfast:
-Fruit salad (one pear, one nectarine, 4-5 strawberries, 2 slices pinneaple)
=178 calories
Snack(ish):
-a few bites of cooked eggplant in pita bread with hot peppers
= 200 calories
Lunch:
-turkey sandwhich with mustard/tomato/hot peppers
=150 calories
Exercise:
-90 minute walk
=350 calories burned
Supper:
-Lasagna with green salad
=600 calories (i guess)
Thats it for now, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
