Maybe you had more salt in your food yesterday and are retaining water, maybe you are due your period, maybe you did not have a good poop in a few days... if you are eating 1500 cals and exercising you will lose weight.
I am in the same boat as you actually, I am terrified of gaining and of not being able to lose, I tell myself you have lost a lot already, you are able to lose, but it took me so long that I am not even sure anymore if I really lost it or if I am kidding myself. I also lose less than other people on here, I lose more slowly than most people on here and I go 2 steps forward 2 backwards, 3 forward, 2 backwards, etc...
I think 1 bad day on the scales should not alarm you, weigh yourself again tomorrow or in a few days, if it stays consistently high then I guess yes, you are back up and you should maybe look through your nutrition again, your exercise or give your body some more time, mine only loses in 2 or sometimes 3 weeks of my cycle and then I gain half of that back in my period week. It took me months and months of frustration to understand it, and I still get frustrated. I am currently a pound heavier than my ticker says because my period started today, I am hoping the retained water (which I notice because my breasts are so swollen and painful) will leave with the period and I can start my 2 good losing weeks where I left off 10 days ago. I want to cry and break things (and often do cry) when I worked hard all week and did not give in to the munchies and still see a + on the scales. But a few weeks later, period gone, and all back to normal, I do see that minus I longed for.
Thanks Camy!! Yes, that period situation... well I get it. It's not really my period, but my PMS = cravngs, devouring of everything that is next to me... this can last up to 10 days. And I don't get it. It's been happening only recently too... like the past 5-6 months or so
I'm really gonna try hard to work things out.
I think you need to take another look at your calories - are you estimating a lot of them? I noticed you put down meat & potatos once and only logged (200cal) - I know there are around 168 cal in a medium potato so maybe your estimating is off - make sure you are researching the foods you eat often and putting down the right amount of calories in them. Also water is very important! I drink like 3 litres a day and notice that speeds up the loss. Maybe change up your work out routine - throw some internals in there while running - stop and do some push-ups or squats or lunges and then get right back to running. I'm sure if you stay consistent and keep it up you will see a loss - it's going to take one day at a time so don't get discouraged. It's a life long journey so find what works for you and keep improving on it.

, its tradition to eat fish (which in my family... we eat once a year) so it's gonna be healthy. Most dishes consist of fine herbs: fine herbs & rice, fine herbs pie (its no a pie, it's like.. a brownie made of fine herbs haha)

) But yea, I afterwards HAD to have lunch,so I had some fries from the caf
