Well last night I did my cardio! It doesn't seem like much, but I'm so proud that I was actually working out at home! Usually when I can't get to the gym, I think to myself, Ok then, I'll just work out at home, but I NEVER do. In fact, even yesterday I had a feeling it was going to be the same thing. But I stuck with it and got 40 minutes of cardio in (I was interrupted and had to stop before I could get the last 20 minutes). It was a good workout though because the DVD is supposed to be more intense than the others because it's done in 30 minutes. I did it 1.5 times, so I probably burned quite a bit. Heck, I even had to use my inhalor!
Food was great too yesterday, didn't go over my calories at all which is surprising since I was trying to stay between 1200-1300 yesterday. I have hope for today!
I'm down 3.2 pounds this week. I can't be entirely sure since I did weigh myself yesterday and got two different numbers. I weighed myself as soon as I got out of bed this morning, so hopefully the scale is right!
