ive seen people at my gym do deadlift with these belts around their waist, isent those belts to help stabilize the back or something like that?
my question is, as deadlift is an exersice to work the back (among other things) why use these? wont they take some of the stress off your back muscles and they wont be used as much.. why would you want to do that when trying to train them? :S
