w00t! Lost another pound! Almost to the 220's now! For the first time yesterday I worked out for an entire hour. Half hour in the afternoon, then another half hour in the evening. I think by working out in the evening it may help keep my metabolism up for the better part of a whole 24 hour day. I hope so.
I've learned a ton about nutrition since starting this. I'm finally getting to where I can go to the store and bring back a whole cart full of nothing but whole foods including snacks. I even found these bags of individual packets of apple slices. How cool is that?!!! Only 35 cals per packet (about 7 slices). Perfect for a quick snack. Found a few other interesting food choices too. I'm so sick of chicken I could barf, but it wont be so bad in some stir fry
Pretty happy about that. Just goes to show you healthy food can taste good too.
