Day 4
Today has been a good day. I had my SW class tonight got weighed and by there scales ive lost 2.5lb which is a big yey!! Makes me tecnically on the scales as losing 13.5lb. So next week when i get way i hop to have "Officially" lost my first stone. Spoke to my mum today and she told me off about wieghing myself on a daily basis even if i don't count it "Officially" told me it will screw with my mind and then i wont be as chuffed when i get weigh and i have agreat result in the week. So what have i cooked and ate today, i hear you ask lol Well i made Pasta Bolognese, pretty much has the same thing is as the chilli minus the spicy stuff. I decided to work on portion control as my eyes are bigger than my belly so i had a cup of whole meal pasta with half a cup of bolognese. Also had my pack lunch which was 2 apples a bananna bayleaf salad with apple in and carrot sticks no dip. I finish a little bit of lucozade to that dan left but was only a tiny bit!!
I havent actually added my food into fitday but i know its about same as yesterday as ate similar things but smaller portions.
Only walked Koda too today as ive been climbing and stuff so quite a strenuous day on a whole and same. Also been doing a little decorating in prep for tomorrow
Greg - Bless you!! The card i lost was a 32Gb SDHC hgh speed memory card. Just tried to find one online and it was almost 80 quid!! Gunna just get the 4gig one for now
I dont even think the micro ones work i have about 30 of them kickin about the house. Cheers for your kind offer though!!
Mike - In England you eat patatoes or die lol Seriously tho most meals have them in it. They are gorgoine!! I love chips (fries) and yorkshire puds!!! So bad for you its unreal!!
