Day Dreaming For Thinner Days

Day 4

Today has been a good day. I had my SW class tonight got weighed and by there scales ive lost 2.5lb which is a big yey!! Makes me tecnically on the scales as losing 13.5lb. So next week when i get way i hop to have "Officially" lost my first stone. Spoke to my mum today and she told me off about wieghing myself on a daily basis even if i don't count it "Officially" told me it will screw with my mind and then i wont be as chuffed when i get weigh and i have agreat result in the week. So what have i cooked and ate today, i hear you ask lol Well i made Pasta Bolognese, pretty much has the same thing is as the chilli minus the spicy stuff. I decided to work on portion control as my eyes are bigger than my belly so i had a cup of whole meal pasta with half a cup of bolognese. Also had my pack lunch which was 2 apples a bananna bayleaf salad with apple in and carrot sticks no dip. I finish a little bit of lucozade to that dan left but was only a tiny bit!!
I havent actually added my food into fitday but i know its about same as yesterday as ate similar things but smaller portions.
Only walked Koda too today as ive been climbing and stuff so quite a strenuous day on a whole and same. Also been doing a little decorating in prep for tomorrow


Greg - Bless you!! The card i lost was a 32Gb SDHC hgh speed memory card. Just tried to find one online and it was almost 80 quid!! Gunna just get the 4gig one for now :( I dont even think the micro ones work i have about 30 of them kickin about the house. Cheers for your kind offer though!!
Mike - In England you eat patatoes or die lol Seriously tho most meals have them in it. They are gorgoine!! I love chips (fries) and yorkshire puds!!! So bad for you its unreal!!

Exactly need all the help i can get and thats a cute visual aid and would fit right in my kitchen!! What times it in texas?? It's 5:43am here not been to bed yet :willy_nilly: Been watching a movie though :)

Day 5

So day 5 and still trying to find my feet in my lifestyle change and trying to get the right balance so tried to do the less carbs AVOIDING POTATOES. Had busy day, did my sessional work today we took 15 kids to a local hollywood bowl and played 2 hours of bowling. Then done my night session with 12 boys and the had a footie match in local league they lost 4-5 :(
Food wise i decided to have some oatmeal and im not going to lie it was like eating baby sick!!! I use 1/2 a cup of oatmeal, with water, half a teaspoon of honey and chopped strawberries. I'm gunna have oatmeal again tomorrow but going to blend up the strawberries may give it a bit more flavour. For dinner i cooke a chicken salad with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and cottage cheese.

Fat (22%) Carbs (34%) Protein (44%) Alcohol (0%). I'm going shopping and will cook a light supper :)

I am trying to cut my carbs too. bot those darn bastards taste so good :p
oatmeal always makes me feel like a 70 year old woman living with her cats. maybe because my grandma eats it all the time
 
ouch, you are in mexico? I would be 400 lbs! I have a serious weakness for mexican food! I love tocook it as much as i love to eat it!!!

haha yes. Mexican born and raised. we are the second fattest country in the world and even if it is nothing to be proud about, I do get why: combine all the starchy and greasy food we eat to the trends of fast food and voilá.
thankfully I am a bad mexicana and I am not too fond of a lot of mexican dishes. I mostly like pozole (chicken version, not the pork version) quesadillas and tacos dorados, flautas (fried tacos but heh, not currently in my diet of course)

I would suffer the most in England. I do love potatoes and fish and chips and.. and.. :D ahh hunny take me there!
 
Day 6

Day 6!! Today ive been out for a friends birthday to local Italian restaurant. I called ahead and preordered my food to make sure I could have what I wanted. I had grilled chicken with mixed leaf salad and mushrooms. For dessert i had chopped fruit there was a tiny bit of fruit juices in it. Been a good day, i suffered though with lots of temptation. Everyone had a starter and Danny got Potato skins with a garlic mayo if that wasnt enough they messed my order and gave me complimentary chips! I gave them to dan. Everyone got a hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream!! My favourite, I was okay tho i just carried on munching on me fruit salad. I stuck too the water too. Just made my self another salad with Carrot batons, Celery sticks, Mixed leaf salad, crayfish and cottage cheese. Had a glass of pure orange juice as a treat as i love it :D Upped a pick of yday chicken salad and my Cray fish salad. Tried a tiny bit of Tuna steak today it was lovely gunna buy some.

Amiba if you ever visit you can stay with me :D we have 3 spare rooms! I've managed to cut my carbs down to a more exceptable levell i think. Yeah i think oatmeal is really boring :( but its really good for ya.
