So I’m starting with week 1 of a couch to 5k type app. It goes like this:The bodybuilder life!
I suggest if you´re trying to get into running you don´t start with something that´s super hard for you. Maybe run for half a minute, walk for two, repeat five times? And remember to start out slowly.
5 minutes: Walk
Repeat this sequence 7 times:
1 minute: run
1.5 minutes: walk
So you’re suggesting I run the 45 seconds of that minute and feel good about it because I’ll build up my time eventually. I love that. New plan!
