Just did:

2 mile time- 16:37 minutes
2 minute pushups- 40 (PR)
2 minute situps- 46
6'1 185 pounds

just finished week 5 of Bill starr 5x5

PRed on squat and bencha nd row etc.

most notably bench 170x5 now even after losing 5 pounds over 4 weeks, pretty satisfied. how's it goin for you?
 
so anyway

now i weigh about 155, bench 170x5, full squat 205x5

definitely can do more for squat, unlikely for bench, some kind of bent over row (so many ppl have so many differneti deas as to what BO row is i won't even bother naming it) 130x5

hopefully at 150 ish come december 21st, ready for cruise
 
I'm not doing so well. I have only gotten 1 play in my last year of football and it seems like I'm wasting time. Also my coaches are corrupt- a starter can miss like 2 practices in a week and still play the full game while a backup or someone of less significance missess one practice and they don't get to play.

So its odd...kinda waiting for football season to be over with. My motivation...along with 20 other backup players are like rock-bottom.

Haven't lifted at all the past 3 weeks. Haven't felt like doing anything...

I have, however, been doing pushups and such- so those are increasing btw. I have gotten from 28 to 40 pushups.


After football I'm getting serious with diet, training and everything. I can't wait.

Another game of no playing time :/ go figure.. We lost this one as well on homecoming.

So we are 5-2 and we should make the playoffs.

about pushups

even when i weighed 185 and could only bench 170 once i could do 30 pushups

but now that i weigh 155 and can bench 170 for a 5 rep... i can still only do 30 pushups.

it sucks
 
We lost; we are 5-3. The team we played had the 4th fastest kid in the nation.

It was also Senior Night and Parent Night.

Every Senior got there name announced and walked around with there parents.

Normally..I hate my dad most of the time and can't deal with his severe ADHD and his "extremeniss" (like trying to make me play with injuries last year), But today I thanked him for always supporting me and taking me home from practice when my mom and grandparents kept telling me to just quit and stop wasting my time.

I told him that and it put a smile on his face and he hugged me before we split. Which is really weird cuz my dad usually shows no emotion. I really don't hate my dad as much as I say or think- hate is too strong of a word. More like "annoyed with" to the extreme.

Full squats are getting hard and I could only do 4 for my set of 5 for incline. It was a pretty big jump though.

I'll let you kno how tomorrow goes.

Oh I've also lost about 7 pounds now.

Too bad my dad ruined the moment- today I found out he has been stealing money out of me and my sisters bank account the past year. He has stolen $190 from me and $500+ from my sister. ****ing doughebag.
