today wasn't even my well rested day

sunday i'm going for 200 or 205 i dunno

full squat 3 rep 220 today

i hope my stress fractures don't start screwing with me, but i'm happy with the bench
 
Too bad my dad ruined the moment- today I found out he has been stealing money out of me and my sisters bank account the past year. He has stolen $190 from me and $500+ from my sister. ****ing doughebag.

I'm about to start the workout for the velocity diet (only i'm not using all the dammed supplements) after i see if i can bench 205, it'll be about next sunday.

if you're also planing on cutting, we should start it together.
