Hola...
So, my thesis is complete... or so I've been told by the powers that be that I can stop writing.
I just got back from my honeymoon on Monday and I topped the scales at 192. Some of it is water weight and most of it is "Keith didn't count a damn calorie".
I am not worried as most of my tone in my abs was slowly disappearing due to my bulk anyways. I miss what I was working on so this past Tuesday, I decided it was time to start cutting again. I think a good solid 20 lbs which should take me into January or so should be sufficient. I am going to miss my 2800 calorie days
2300 is the range I am now shooting for (2200 some days will be ok, 2400 other days will be fine). Plus I am going back to my full body workout routine (with some added lifts that I enjoyed doing from my bulk, i.e. deadlifts).
So, I should be back in this forum full swing now that my masters program is almost finished. I missed this place.
