As I obviously can't be trusted to be good all day anymore:rotflmao: I'm going to break my day down a little.

This morning at work, my goal is to drink at least 4 cups of water, and NO POP!!!!! This is a tough one, because I don't drink coffee or tea, and I need the caffeine for that pick-me-up. Has to be done though.
 
YOU CAN DO IT!!! drink that water Queen!! I'm rooting for you all the way!! I'm a coffee drinker and to be honest I don't know what I would do without my cup or two in the morning, I would go nuts, so BIG KUDO'S To you for going for it today and not drinking that soda!! YES!! I'll be here waiting to hear if you were able to get through the day. GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks Kim! Your positive thoughts have worked so far. LOL! I made it through the morning! It's noon, and no pop yet. I've had at least 4 glasses of water so far.:)

Goal for the afternoon: Drink the rest of my water. Limit to 2 pops at the most (which is an improvement over the 6 I usually have:doh: ) Limit granola bars to 2 (usually 4 or 5:doh: ).
 
TOPS meeting tonight. Down .75 from the meeting 2 weeks ago. Normally I would be down 2 lbs. Oh well, it's the right direction.

Need to stay focused this weekend. I'm taking a trip down south to a town near Winnipeg for some scrapbooking with my sister, take in the new Harry Potter movie, do a little shopping. I'm going to have a hard time keeping the eating in check. Well, portion sizes will be fine, as I get full fast. It's WHAT I eat that will be difficult. One meal at a time, right?
 
Hey Queen!! Your right on, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN is the way to go on that scale, REGARDLESS of how much or how long it takes to get there. I wish mine would budge just a smidge would be nice, but I've stayed at the same weight for over a month now. LOL LOL Oh well, it could have went up right? Enjoy your time away and be super careful on your meals. DRINK a LOT of WATER, and do some walking if you get the chance. I can't wait to see your next weigh in, keep it up!!!

All is well, thanks for asking! I'm up maybe a lb at the most, but I'll get rid of that.

I had a blast!! I got to meet several online friends for the first time, it was so much fun.:) I got to see the new Harry Potter movie (haven't been in a theater in almost 3 years:eek2: ) and yesterday I bought the last Harry Potter book and read it on the way home (took me about 8 hours). LOVED THEM BOTH!!!!!

Oh what's a pound up, NOTHING really it's probably just water retention, you can drink a butt load of water today an flush that right out of your system. You will be back down and then some in no time!! I'm so happy you had fun, and got the chance to go see a movie. I LOVE HARRY POTTER! Oh yeah, me and my twin sons pretty much read EVERY book together at night, and now they are all grown up like Harry. AHHHHHH Now get back on track my friend, and eat well and get in some walking or bike riding if you can. I'll be by in a while to check back in on you!! I want to see results friend!!! HEHEHHE :)
 
It sounds like you had a wonderful weekend love, how exciting to meet some of your online friends I would love to do that but all of you live a bit to far away im afraid though I am hoping to make it to tru’s competition and support her.
 
The weekend weight is half gone. Still no walking though. The heat in the middle of the day (which is the only time I have a sitter lately) is unbearable. I'm going to attempt swimming a little today if it's just as hot.

Today I'm filling out my college application! Well, re-filling it out.:rotflmao: With my job, because none of us actually has our Early CHildhood Ed., the board is making us take it through distance education. Just one course at a time if we want. Back before I went on maternity leave, they were paying us back half the cost. Now, I guess they wanted the other ladies to start as well, so they are now paying all of it. Woohoo! Mine lapsed because I hadn't taken a course since the end of last May, so I have to pay the fee again.
 
Hey Dari, I haven't been in here in awhile. Glad to see you're doing well. If the weekend weight is half gone you did a pretty good job considering you visited a relative, met friends, and saw a movie (I have trouble saying no to popcorn). Don't let those ed classes get you too down. At least the price is right.
 
Hey you know the same is better than up!! Keep on moving and it will go down, I promise you!! I've been stuck for well over a month now, and I'm not letting it get me down, and neither should you. Are you doing anything this weekend?? Maybe try and throw in a little extra activity to jump start your bod again!! maybe a bike ride or a long, long walk in the park???? or maybe just a workout tape at home. I'm going to try myself, so I'm right there with you!! Stick in there, I know how you feel. We will get there, if I have to drag you up that hill with me, I WILL!!:jump:
 
well, staying the same is much better than a gain!! (hey, that rhymes)
