I overate yesterday, and I have no idea why. I actually had a good day. I ate fairly well all morning, but the evening? My stomach hurt from all the food. It wasn't the worst food, just too much of it. The day before my weigh-in, always.
It'll affect my weigh-in a little, but I'm still down, so I'm not in a panic or anything. I just can't figure out why I can do well all week, then mess it up in the last few hours...
