Hi Dq! Just thought I'd drop in and check on you. How's it going anyway? I haven't been up to reading everyone's diaries so I am kind of behind!:eek: I hope things are going great for you!:)
 
Thanks for the info DQ. I went home last night and was counting my caloric intake for the day. I was lucky if I made it to 1100cals. Is that bad? For my extreme weight loss it was 1379. I wasn't hungry or starving. I was very satisfied. I would have actually only come in at 924cals, if I had eaten a the other half of my son's chicken fagita. Perhaps it was just my food choices for the day? I don't know what we'll have for supper tonight, but counting my breakfast and lunch today, only comes to 370cals.

I know how many calories is too much, but how calories is too little? :confused:
 
i looked at the website with calories you listed... I really like the idea of cycling calories! I think I'm going to use it - especially so that I can have my cheat day be on my high calorie day - makes so much sense!!!
 
2phat4fun, I'm not the expert in nutrition/calories. :) I'm learning. Maybe you should check out the harsh truth section? (If you haven't already, I haven't looked in there for a while) I wouldn't go below 1400, at the lowest. As to how to get that amount when you're full at 1100, not sure. It depends on what you are eating already. I'll check out your diary later on, to see if you post that stuff. :)

Not too bad Debi; got up to -23 today. If it wasn't for the wind, I would have gone for a walk outside. :rolleyes:

Totals for today:

1399 calories, 20 minutes of exercise. :)


For motivation, I've ordered my bathing suit from Sears. I hope it'll fit, as I had to guess at what size I'd be in the summer.;) I'm going to take a pic of me in it when it comes in, and again at goal weight.

You are a much braver person than me. I would never order a suit online, actually, I have never ordered any clothes online for me. hmmm.. Might need to change that. :D
 
arg you need to learn all about image formats - convert it to jpg next time :D

Nice suit though - bit flowery for my tastes, but its nice all the same :D
 
I tried Liz, it would only let me save it as a BMP, and how do you convert it after? Or can you?

Yah, it's a little flowery for me too, but everything that wasn't flowery is too skimpy. :rolleyes:
 
Cute suit! I've been scanning the Sears catelogs to find something for summer. I'll just wait to see what I look like in May/June before I make any major decisions. Bathing suits are so expensive now.
