So, after entering my fitday cals in, I look to see what percentage the fat was at. 25%, which is lower than usual, yay! But I notice that 1% is listed under alcohol. I had no alcohol today, so why is it showing a percentage?

that is good girl........I used to get a 32oz fountian pop twice a day everyday!!! I would get headaches and be pissie if i did not have one by noon!! Now i feel so much better and my skin and hair look better too.....I still every once in a while think "gee a big cold ice pepsi would be really good right now" and then i look at my reflection in the mirrior and thing Hell no!!!

I quit drinking sodas last May - Bob used to call me his coke addict, but I went cold turkey - it was scary, but man I'm glad I did it!
 
Sugar soda was a hard kick for me too but well worth it. I still drink diet soda and it did take some getting use to. I'm now at the sugar-free, caffeine-free level.

I hope you get over the rough spots ok, It's never easy but then anything worth doing well takes hard work so it seems.

Nothin' but speed bumps, they might slow me down for a split second, but that's it. :)

So now that you've finally made a re-appearance in my diary, where's that bottle at? ;)

Pop was easy for me to give up!
Occationally if I plan to go out to eat I will have 1 get a few
sips in and it taste like syrup to me anymore.

About 1597 calories according to Fitday...I had to guess at one thing, but I tried to estimate high. :)
 
Have to add about 150 calories onto my total yesterday...had one of those Kitkat singles, and a couple handfuls of Smartpop popcorn. :)
 
Hey there- I think it's great that you are trying to kick the pop habit. That used to be my vice- but I was able to get past that. Unfortunately, I can not get past the need for Starbucks in the morning... ugh.
