Howdy Dari,
Nah you didn't do bad you made up for
it by exersicing and thats going to be the key to maintain
weight and enjoy certain foods when you reach your goal
is "EXERSICE"! Good luck with weigh in aren't you in the New
years challange to that weigh in is tomorrow also.Tammy:)
 
It's like, I'm so close to my initial goal of 150, that my cravings are trying to sabatoge me, and I'm giving in.

Goal for tomorrow:

Take my vitamin (very bad for this).
No junk food, to make up for today.
Do my minimum of 30 min. of exercise.
Keep busy to avoid the cravings/snacking.
Organize my scrapbook table and computer desk. (not weight related, but important.)

If I don't do ALL of these things by 10pm tomorrow, you all have permission to kick my @ss. :cool:

OK - just step back and remind yourself why you want to do this. Are those cookies jumping into your mouth worth whatever delay they might cause? (And sometimes, the answer to this question is a resounding YES).

Maybe you need to make room in your calories for some sweets so you don't feel like it's causing you trouble.

Is it time for TOM to arrive? I wanted (and had) chocolate like a mad woman last week...I could NOT resist. Simply wasn't an option - and that's ok.

You CAN reach that goal!

One cookie was totally worth it, (they were fresh homemade today) but 3 definitely wasn't:( And yes, you're probably right about the chocolate thing. I do usually include a treat everyday, so I don't go crazy. Just once in a while that's not enough.

I'm going to be strong tomorrow. Plan my day and stick to it. I soooo want to make my goal that I have to do this.
 
I think fear is settin in...You are so close, so close...you can taste it...and you are sabotaging yourself a little here and there...come on Dari you can do this...you know how good it is gonna feel to see 150something...you can do this girly...

Im not really one to tlak Ive been indulging a little to much these past few days but it has been nice, LOL...I cant wait to cheer you on for gettin below 160!!!

Today was pretty good...haven't done my totals yet though. I'll post them right away.



Good news...the ex got a job! He leaves tomorrow, for about a month, I think. The best part is it's only about an hour or two out of town, so he won't be wasting 2 or 3 days travelling here on his time off!!!

Maybe we're just getting cabin fever. At least me...I'm so tired of being stuck inside.

According to fitday, 945 calories today. Normally, the points and the calories are about the same, but in this case, something is off. But I'm starving, so I'm going to go along with fitday, and have something else to eat tonight. ;)

K, instead of loading up on treats, I had a bit of whole wheat spaghetti with my special sauce, to put my totals up to just under 1300.
