Just wanted to stop by and say HIIII!
I love 'listening' to her talk in her diary, because it's not stuff that you would hear her say if you were hanging out having lunch or a drink...You rock, sis!!
I find I have to get tough sometimes. I will even swear (in my head) at my junk food. I go to reach for my treats automatically, then I look at what I'm doing, and I say to the junk food, "F*** you". Yes, I really do that. Sometimes you just need to get tough and be the grown-up.![]()
Off to a great start...had 4 of my 10 glasses of water already, and a healthy breakfast and lunch!
Yay Cerella! Got my 30 minutes on the treadmill in! About 200 calories I think.
Ok, I'm confused. How are you supposed to burn more calories than you take in? Is the bottom of the calorie range (like mine is 1310-1660), the minimum number needed to live day to day? So if I do any exercise at all, and only ate my 1310, then I've burned more than I consumed? Ugh, why is that so hard to get through my head?
