Sorry you had to lose it the hard way, but go with just the same. Everyone would kill to be a minus 4 this week (me included) :D
 
Trying to figure out my goal for the new year...my goal is about 135 or so. If I keep up with my average of 1.5 lbs a week (cross my fingers, knock on wood) I will reach 135 by my birthday on May 10. I will celebrate with an 80s party, complete with music, karaoke, and costumes (viva blue eyeshadow!!) Everyone's invited!

I still have no idea what my actual ideal weight is supposed to be. For my height, age, and bone size, it says 131-148 lbs. So I could get to 145 or 140 and be satisfied. Don't want all my ribs sticking out!

girlie,which I changed mine also to 140-145 I am 5"4 LG frame
so I thought 150 is still too much(but would be happy).

Congrats on the -4!!! You've done good this year! And an 80's party?!? Count me in with a Miami Vice jacket with the sleeves rolled up driving a delorean! :D
 
I blew it yesterday...and I'm up half a pound. :( I've let myself down the last couple of days.

Back on the horse...I've already got 2 glasses of water in, and I'm going to take a water bottle to my scrapbooking thing this afternoon. And NO treats!!
 
On a plus note, I did my measurements for the month.

Thigh: .. 27.5" (as of Sept.) ....... 24.5" ....... 3"

Oh hun, don't be too down on yourself...a half a pound is no big deal, you'll loose that today I'll bet!

You still have a 2.5 pd loss for the last week, and thats great! Esp. given its christmas.
 
Don't be down, just look at all of those inches!!! **sings, "She wore an itsy-bitsy-teenie-weenie yellow poka-dot bikini that she wore for the first time today..."** :D
 
Wow Dari,look at all those #'s you have accomplished
a heck of alot,don't beat yourself up over a day of splurging,
because you know you can't eat that way everyday and thats why
you are back on track today.Your doing great,Oh by the way I am
using my dreamy swimwear as my avtar in hopes of anyone spotting
it online I want to buy it!!!! I went back on ebay to find it and it's
gone:rolleyes: !! But this is what I want for the summer in a size
10 maybe 8 but I figure a 10 would still fit even if I was an 8 lol!
