I love your get organized resolution!!! I've been trying to do that for the 25 years I've been married to Mr. Disorganized,LOL. You are doing great with your weight loss. I weighed myself, and want to lose another 5-7, as I've maintained the 50+ for almost two months now. It's hard to get back into the stricter eating again.
Hey Dari! Trust me..I know about how hard it is to get back on track! I was on vacation all last week and still got up at 4:50....but this mornin, I didn't get up and exercise..there were other reasons for that....but still...It's hard after messing up the routine to get back on track! But I'm determined..especially being that I (well....we) started before the new year so its not like this is a faulty new years resolution that we're just gonna drop in a little while! Kick butt in 07 Dairy!
I'm finding it hard to get into the groove because the gym is still closed! Stupid vandals. I hate walking in the snow, it makes my feet and calf muscles sore. I have minimal room in my living room for my exercise videos. That doesn't leave much.
That is a bummer your gym being closed. I don't have a lot of space for exercise videos either. But sometimes that's all I have. You can do a workout while you are watching tv though. Maybe that would help. Have a great day!

Sorry to hear about the gym being vandalized(PUNKS)!
I don't have much room either until I made myself clean up 1 room in
my basement but it gets cold down there so I only use treadmill down
there then my bike is in my bedroom with my abroller.
My little guy has taking over with crib playpen swing exersaucer changing
table ect lol!!
You'll get back on track girl,look how far you have came I just looked at your
new pics again to keep me motivated and believing it can be done !

My gym is open but kids are still all off school here, so ive been able to do SFA. Next week they start the holiday program and im getting back to the gym and cycling to work!
1. Drink my water (82 oz) Done 2. Either walk for 30 min. or do 30 aerobic video. Done 3. Do 100 crunches. Done 4. No junk food. 5. Make menu and grocery list for the week.
DQ, you are doing absolutely wonderful. In the 160s, making lists, getting out there for your 30 mins a day, crunches. I havent seen, are in that size 10 outfit yet??!!
Not quite Heidi; I doubt I'll ever get into those particular jeans, my hips are too big But I do have a pair of relaxed fit 10's I can just do up, another week or two to go!

Hey DQ just thought I'd pop in on ya....... It's funny how just a size of pants can make ya so bad but i get the same thing. The sizes are different but getting steamed in the dressing room feels the same.
