Alright....I think I stepped into the Twilight Zone here. I haven't exercised (except for sit-ups) since Wednesday...I haven't been eating 100% great. Today's my weigh-in day for WW...

I lost 4 lbs this week!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
 
Your on a roll, your body gets conditioned and sometimes you just need a starting point, good for you, you dont have to be 100% good all the time it is a lifestyle change...hey question...how do you post your pics, I cant without it linking to my photo bucket and that I dont want...
 
Cerella, you can link to the photos right from your hard drive. When you click on "manage attachments", click on the browse button. You can find your pics in whatever folder you keep them in at home. Just make sure they're 100 kb or less. :)

If you click "manage attachments," "browse," select the picture you want from your computer, then click "upload" you should be set. Close that window and then submit your reply..."should" be there. Should, being the operative word. lol
 
2 good days in a row! I honestly feel like I'm accomplishing something...I've eaten well, and within my range. I went to the gym last night and am going tonight. I love that it's been over 3 months now, and I'm still excited about this!!!
