Well, I had a bit of a cheat day today. Now I wish I hadn't, because I've gotten a bit down tonight and wish I had some calories to spare so I can drown my sadness in ice cream or something. :( I'll have to distract myself with packing and laundry instead.

So I'm off for BC in the morning. I'm so glad you all are online instead of in person right now, because I honestly don't think I could do this without any of you. My mom has the internet, thank goodness. Man, I must be down tonight, I'm getting choked up just typing this :eek: Anyway, just wanted to say thank you to you all, and I will check in, hopefully Thursday night.
 
Just do a little extra exercise tomorrow mate to make up for it. The exercise will take away any extra cals you had today and the endorphins will do you wonders. Chin up.
 
We are all so proud of your Dari! You are such an inspiration! And actually you are packing us with you - oh, we didn't tell you? Yeah, we are ALL going to BC with you! What time are we leaving? JK LOL!! Have fun - you will do great!! :D
 
You know, I've only been away from the computer for 2 days, but I already feel it. Yesterday, I did pretty good, eating-wise. Today was a little worse. Hopefully tomorrow will be good, after reading all the inspiration here! I also feel horrible since I haven't been able to go for a walk since Tuesday :eek: I hope to do some sort of exercise in the morning before the kids get up, because we're off on the road again for about 6 or 7 hours.

I won't bore anyone with the details of my food-diary. I still stuck to only 1 pop, and we had healthy snacks in the car. :) I will try and check in tomorrow or Saturday while we're at the ex-in-law's house.
