Not unless I was GREAT 100% of the time - but then, that's different ;)

I had pizza and ice cream for dinner last night.
I don't feel the least bit bad - I was under my calories for the day. BUT the salt intake from the pizza can mess with today's poundage...it'll pass and so will yours DQ :D
 
I know it'll pass...I just handed the kids over to grandma who's visiting, so I'm going to power walk until I'm ready to collapse:D I'm just alittle disappointed in myself that I went a little crazy with the pepsi:(
 
I was a die hard pepsi drinker, atleast 6 cans a day at work., plus a 2 L at home...I switched to Diet Pespi... yup, it took a good 2 months before it started to taste good, but now Real Pepsi tastes bad! I encourage you to give it a try. I still have the occasional can of Diet.. but trying the water thing now.

You CAN DO IT!!! Make the switch!!!
 
eating before bed doesnt have much effect on your weight - its a load of baloany(sp?)
Im a night time eater and eat before bed all the time. Its about how much you eat in a day. If you eat less calories than you use then you will loose weight - doesnt matter where you eat em. (i often eat late and cant sleep on am empty stomach.)

I could be wrong of course - but ive read up a fair bit :)

? Did I confuse you Randy? I don't know which is worse, pizza or fettucini (oh, I notice I spelled it wrong:eek: ) with alfredo sauce. Pizza hut does awesome pasta!

Don’t let it get you down. If it makes you feel any better, I fell of the wagon much harder.
In fact, you could say, I jumped off the wagon, ran around in frond and punched the horse. The driver’s really annoyed with me.

Mm pizza - I had the yummest cream cheese anc chicken and apricot pizza today for lunch (leftover from the other days dinner), it was fantastic and worth every 250 cal per slice (dunno if that less than other pizza or not but thats what it said it had on the pamphlet)

Alright, today's the day :rolleyes:

I am back to where I was on Friday before my bad day :) So I've lost 1.5 lbs...not what I'd hoped, but I'll take it! I'm at 190; I've lost my first 10!

It is ok once in a while to eat something you crave, I like
to do that every 3rd fri/OR sat to treat myself and get ceratain
foods outta my system for a while.This Saturday coming up
should be my 2nd since I had something I should't.I used to
do every 2 weeks have a meal of my choice depends on my
mood, the thing is you have came a long way and yopu know
all the hard work and sweaty exersices you put in to get this
far so it's much easier to pick back up the next day and go
on!
You are doing so good keep up the good work!:)
