For me, it's a nice cycle. Doing crunches or whatever helps with posture and sucking it in all day. Sucking it in and standing straight helps me remember to do crunches. LOL!
I really wish we had TOPS weigh-ins in the morning. I know darn well I was down a whole pound this week, but last night it only showed me down a quarter.
Yes, I know. A quarter is a quarter. But it's frustrating when I KNOW it should be more.
Ya i hear ya there...I go to a weight loss group and we meet and weight in in the ams by then I am up a few lbs from where I started my dayOh well - LOL...

It's not 139 anymore. But I'm not changing my ticker, as I plan to be back there sometime this week.
I'm thinking of a fitness goal. Not sure what. I was inspired by T2's goal to walk the 29 mile trail, but then I think about just how far 29 miles is. I don't know if I can afford to pay a sitter to take the kids for that long.
Maybe I'll work up to 4 miles. Sounds like a reasonable goal for the next week or two...

So, officially, for TOPS I have to lose another 1.25 lbs to reach goal (and KOPS status). But once I reach it, I'm going below. I'm going to re-register and change my goal weight to 130. We're given a leeway of 3 lbs above goal, and 7 lbs under. So I'll have a range of 123-133 lbs. Sounds ok to me so far.
