Morning Weight - 118.5 KG or 260.7 lbs

I was quite surprised to see 118.5 on the scale but I am so happy to see it. Ive not seen 118.5 for years now and I really missed that number. I loss like 6.8 lbs this week. hmm... i think maybe its water weight, perhaps the weight i put on last week was water weight and I lost it this week combine with my normal weight loss...I dunno but im sure am glad that ive lost that much!

Thats to answer my carbs question. Not bad for a carbs galore yesterday and I still loose today.

1 chicken + 1 potato with curry gravy
1 prata

Lunch
1 bowl boiled bayam
1 potato
1 pc chicken

HI there,

Have not started on the diary cos u know what, speak of the devil..my daughter was sick from last Monday, and today in the morning my son was sniffling plus I was already having bits of the flu from last week. I agree with you totally if one person in the house is sick, eventually it will be everyone turn next...But u know what ...my weight gone to 70kg ..:)) i think NOT eating rice helps and I have not eaten rice since Monday night if i can recall..just the veges...Oh yes i saw that i burn abt 500 calories from walking..and plus another 200 or so from the 30min aerobics that I did in the morning..I use a pedometer so that i can monitor how many steps i walked each day..
I understand the spring cleaning, the Vits C all that totally and my house is also like a clinic..in the fridge there are plenty of medications for the kids..:))
 
I think there is a bug flying around but the worst was during the fasting month. all the clinics were full. So many people waiting in the queue.

Wow! You finally break your platue. Good for you! Im happy to hear that. Keep it up! I wish my weight was like urs! LOL!!

Her before picture is my weight now except that im much taller than her, so I look only slightly smaller at the upper body. If you see her arms at the 195 lbs, you know my husband is always teasing me for having AACHI arms.. lol. Im quite happy to see that there is hope to get the arms down much slimmer as we loose the weight... haha

Asthma attack again since last weekend. Well due to the bug that is flying around and everybody getting sick. Sad that I wont be able to exercise this week. My doctor wants me to rest a lot this week but its hard since I have a baby. Will see how it goes. This time the attack seems to be quite bad.

Today, my cousins and aunties came to my house for Hari Raya. Everyone was so surprised to see me and was so impressed at the weight loss. My aunties asked me what I did and so I summarized everything that I had learnt so far. I encouraged them to this path of weight loss journey and especially recommended the website weight-loss.co.nz as there are so many great reads there. The pictures are also so motivating

My aunties seemed to be very excited about losing weight.

Discussed my weight loss attempt with my specialist and was informed I could not do much more than 3-4 times per week instead of the current everyday exercise. I think I made a mistake by putting the elliptical at level 5 the last time I was on it. I could have strained myself too hard. Also, I found out from hemeopathy that I could not eat some types of food that may trigger my asthma attack. I had consumed those foods in abundance within last week. :(

I need to just go back to what I was doing previously. I still loose weight without straining myself and having my attacks this frequent and ended up losing chances to exercise as im unwell.

I need to make this change. Be it that i will be taking a year or more to loose all my extra baggages but I will be well.

What sort of food are you not supposed to take? You are still nursing your son, right..do you get hungry when you are not really eating well? Am happy to hear that your aunties were impressed with your weight loss you must have really lost a lot for them to comment and get all excited..eh you've got no pictures of yourself?
 
Im not suppose to take bayam, cold drinks, and some fruits which I have taken before getting sick. Well, I sick when my children were sick. Also, I bring up the intensity of my workout to level 5 on elliptical. I think I shouldnt have done that. I should have stuck to level 3 which is what I was doing all these while. Level 5 is too much. I must have strain myself while doing it.

I think I ate quite ok, cause I usually eat lesser but now I eat properly cause I found out that I dont loose anything if I didnt eat properly. Also, I found out that if I didnt eat some protein early in the day, I will not loose weight.

Yes, Im nursing, I dont feel hungry actually. My breast is always full of milk and produce milk quite fast after my child finished drinking. He drinks a lot. He is also having his own food 2 times a day, and so he puts on weight quite steadily. My baby is tall and big, he is 7 mths and already 12KG but the other day, we went to the polyclinic, the nurse said the weight is directly proportioned to his height. Well, as of now, I wear him 18 mth old clothing, any smaller he wont be able to fit it.

I have actually lost 22-24KG since the last time they saw me which was post delivery. Thats why, they are really shocked. I tracked my weight loss from childbirth on my phone and since July here.

I actually made a photo jounal. Its just that I want to loose another 10KG before I put it up on the site. I will update you once I put it up.

Im quite worried that my attacks comes this close to each other. Thats the reason why i went to see the specialist. Ironically, everything he said not to eat, I actually ate too much of last week. There is a list of food. I usually snack on popcorn while watching movie but I swiched to fruits last week while watching Eagle Eyes. Well, great movie, I was at the edge of my seat with its action, but not something I would watch again unless its on HBO.

All my clothes are getting much looser and Ive also given away quite a few more to my cousins. I have a nightgown that it so so tight for the past 4 years and now, when I wear it, the straps keeps coming down my shoulder as its loose.

Im not taking any bust measurements, as my bust measurements always fluctuates with milk production, so I dont think it will be accurate.

I think I took some kind of food that absorbs water yesterday. Im not sure what food but I didnt pee as much as I should have, against the amount of water that I consumed. My weight also increased a little. Will see how it goes these few days.
