Officially today I am 123KG and have lost 9 KG since I started this jouney through weightloss.

Since I actually started at 136KG after giving birth to my 4th child, Zubair but actually started my journey in July.

I am quite happy with the progress so far. It is a motivation to go further in his journey.

Its been a long time, about 2 years since I was last 123KG, and I began wearing old clothes that used to not fit.


Well, I know I didnt update for a while, well, my baby Zubair was admitted to the hospital for a viral fever and later he contracted a bacterial one at the hospital, so his fever didnt go down for some time and I had to stay in the hospital all this while with him. It was really tiring as he is used to sleeping next to me but now he is sleeping on a separate crib. I have to literally wake up every 2 hours to pacify him by carrying him in my arms and singing.

Well, the last day of his day at the hospital, I began feeling tiggling sesantion at my nose and sore throat. That afternoon, I had high fever and was shaking and shivering. I felt so tired.

The next day, I slept the whole day.

I had an asthma attack and I couldnt walk that much as I got breathless with every step.

After the rest for a whole day, I got much better and today, I still get breathless but its controlled with the inhaler.

Thats why...

Anyway, its the fasting month now. so we eat at dusk and at dawn only.

every fasting month, everyone who fast usually loose weight automatically, starvation mode or not.
 
Ive decided to put some up some gifts for me once I reach my target as a form of motivation.

Next mark is 20 KG, once I loose that much, I will buy myself a dress. What I love most is wearing a dress with pants.


Ive already gotten a reward today for reaching 9KG since July. I manage to fit into a dress I bought from ebay last 2 months. I couldnt fit it and it couldnt even button up but now its snug to my body and loose at certain parts, nice!
 
Today is a hectic day. My whole family, mum dad, brother, cousin, sons, husband, maid etc are ready for a roasted chicken dinner by mwa!

I made 3 roasted chicken

2 are honey lemon stuffed roasted chicken, so easy to make and chicken itself is so low in calories and high in protein.

The other is the famous Coke Chicken.. which everyone says is not as good as the honey roasted.

Ok, here is the honey roasted recipe

Mix honey and juice of one lemon to a bowl, marinate it to the chicken for a few hours.

For the stuffing,

crush digestive biscuits and mix it with, low fat butter, sliced onions, nuts and if your kids love sausages like mine, add that too.

put it in the oven at 240 celcuis for 40 - 50 minutes

ready to serve

also made grilled steaks, patato wedges and my husband made bandung soda...

Big meal for everyone, its not often that we get together like this, so we love this occasion.

Anyway, im now 122.6KG, which makes me so highly happy. been so long that im 122+

Im getting closer to 120. I cant wait to hit it.
 
Today's weight 121.7KG

I am very careful at what I put into my mouth nowadays. I usually dont loose or loose less if I eat more carbo.

Like yesterday, I ate char koay teow, self made ofcourse.

not that healthy but just wanted to try it.

Today, ate some fried fish meat, some vegetable and 3 xtra small potato patties.

I desperately wants to loose up to 110+ this Ramadan, so I can fit into some baju kurung attire that I had made a while back but never wore cause it was made too small for me.

I want to wear them but sadly, to tight so I was hopeful to wear them this Hari raya since I had lost a considerable amount of weight.

At the end of this journey, I hope I will be able to maintain the weight loss and will not have to worry about having problems buying clothes, as they will always be available off the racks for me. I hope to me normal and not plus size.

Morning Weight - 121.3

Excited today, im getting closer to 120KG. Im so happy that I made it this far.

Fasting today so no breakfast or lunch.
 
Went to the doctor yesterday, had a very bad asthma attack due to the flu I was having. So, I had to have a nebulizer and *VOULA!* I can breath so so much better.

He took down my weight and was surprise, he said between all his patience, he is very happy that I manage to loose 6KG in a period of 1 month since the last I saw him. He asked me what I was doing and told me, well. I know you must be excersing, eating right but I must tell you, he said. Weight lost is all about Mental.

Well, he should know, he is skinny. He used to be fat. The doctor from Woodlands Mart. He is the best doctor ever! I have never met any GP like him, he behaves like we are so important to him and that we are his dear friend.

You may say, yeah, all GPs are like that, im sorry, no! ive been to many and none are like him! He is special.

I can see how, everyone a patient ask the nurse outside, is today the fat or the thin doctor, fat doctor is the Dr Loh and the thin is Dr Goh but Dr Loh is the best, I think maybe because of that label he has he lost weight, and he did and mantained it for so long now.

He told me, dont care what others say, just keep doing what you are doing.

I just made the right choices and excercise.

Thats all it takes.
 
Went for a buffet at 7pm yesterday as I break my fasting for the day.

Ate a bunch of stuff, some small pieces of lean meat, egg tofu, lean chicken, whole bunch of vege and loads of water.

I think I was bloated so fast with water that I could stuff in anymore food.

Paid $30 and ate about $5-$6 worth. Really not worth the money!

But, Singgah Selalu in JB is still the best place for the best eatery in JB!
 
Feel much better today after the Asthma attack. Im going to try to do the Elliptical today and if I feel breathless, I will have to stop. Will see how it goes later.
 
tried 10 mins on elliptical, had breathlessness. stopped.

i dont think im fit yet to do the elliptical. i will wait a few more days.

Ive been looking at pictures on the biggest loser website, so many people who had lost weight in the past and post their beautiful pictures there for everyone to admire.

I really cant wait to get where I want to be. I keep telling myself to be patient. haha

Its now 7.10 pm, time to break my fast.

I baked a beans pie today, so I ate a slice of that. Crust is wholemeal. the content is baked beans, so healthy.

A small, cup full of spaghetti Balogneise.

A few cups of drinks.

ok, ended up feeding my 2nd son the spagetti. I ate 2 forkfull and he ate the rest.

Im not a big fan of spaggetii. I prefer hot and spicy. I used to make those type of spaggeti, spicy and hot! now that I have kids, I cant do those type no more cause they simply wont eat them.

I feel like another slice of the pie but maybe after a few hours, if im still hungry. Cause right now I feel full.

oh yes, recipe for spaggetti sauce

1 bottle spaggeti low fat spagetti sauce.
1 pepper fruit diced
some portion of mince meat
1 carrot diced
1 onion sliced
1 tomato diced

Mix all! then lastly add the sauce, pepper and salt to taste.

For the pie

For the crust
some portion of wholemeal flour
some portion of low fat butter or margerine
salt to taste
some water

For the filling
shelled prawns
1 onion sliced
1 garlic sliced
2 cans baked beans (low fat)

Mix all in pan over low heat, with slight olive oil.
add baked beans

Rub the butter and the flour together
add salt and water

Roll out dough to fit the bottom of pie
heat over 180 celcilus for 5 mins or until half cooked.

Pour in the filling

Make the top crust from the balance dough
cover and pinch with two fingers between a thumb around the edged to make a pie pattern or press with a fork all along it.

Be sure to make vent holes along pie top so it wont crack at baking.

glaze with egg.

180 celcius for 30 mins or untill glaze and crust are golden brown.

Delicious!

Had a family invitation for breaking of fast yesterday evening.

Had breaking of fast at a buffet held by Eden Hotel Johor Bahru. The Zone. Salt & Pepper Restaurant.

Anyway, food was ok, quite a variety.

Practiced one bite policy. Some that tasted better was 2-3 bites, but 3 bites the max.

Most was one bite cause not that appealing.

But drinks! OMG! I had so much drinks.

Imagine

2 glasses plain water

3 glasses iced tea

1 glass khatirah

1 glass hot coffee

2 glass syrup rose with lime

I was so thirsty

It was so smokey, cause in Malaysia, you can smoke in enclosed air con area, ended up with an asthma attack.

Vomitted part of the food out.

Puffed and puffed with ventolin

Vomitted again

Then it gradually resolved itself once we were far far away from the smokey area.

Let me see, what did I ate

ok, about 3 spoonful of porridge

2 spoons of vegetable lodeh

3 spoons of mee goreng mamak

5 bbq prawns

a spit-out bite of bbq lamb which I hated

2 strands of laksa noodle (litterally 2 strands)

1/4 boiled egg

4 peices of Malay kuih (mixed varieties)

1 cempekdak fried (small size), 1 fried banana ( xsmall size)

1 small 1/2 -1 cm in size bite of 4 deserts each

rest are drinks and drinks

ah yes, crust of small peice of murtabak, about 2 bites, i didnt eat the fillings

ate the crust with chicken curry with no chicken

ah yes,

1 spoon of rice with lemak ikan, 1 cm of fish saute

1 cm of chicken bbq

2 spoonful of sambal goreng ( i love these, cause it has vegetable)

ok, thats all I recall

Vomitted 1/2 small plastic bag of food

Overall, the lodeh was the best. I liked the lodeh so much! Wished I took only the lodeh and ate only that.

Went home, first thing, weight myself. Put on around 700gm

I cant regret it cause soon, be doing it again. Another family function coming, I cant avoid all these, have to just make the best of it in my own way.
 
Loss around 2 lbs this week.

Not a great achievement. Almost platue

Will try harder next week.

This week has been a sick and then food week.

Dont expect much of it.

Next week, hopefully will be better. Hopeful to loose at least 5 lbs

Breaking of fast,

I took

a bowl of lodeh ( mixed vegetable cooked in coconut milk) ate just vege, no gravy.

1 cup size of biscuit pudding which I baked.

multiple cups of tea w sugar

1 small peice of fried vege+mince meat cooked with flour batter.

1/4 cup of nuts


husband came home at 9.45pm

ate again,

1 cup of bicuit pudding

1/4 cup of nuts

5 peices of prawn cracker

dranks so much plain water, ended up with a bloated tummy.

urrghhh..... im in pain....


Felling a little down.

I cant believe I am very effected for the fact that I didnt loose much last week.

Almost depressed.

I think im just not taking it slow, I need to take things slow and view this as a journey and that I cannot rush and hope things to turn overnight.

Things dont happen overnight and will not happen overnight.
 
A little irritable today.

I dont know what Im angry about.

Maybe its the weight issue, maybe its not.

I really have no idea.
 
Feel a much better now.

I slept throughout. Think I slept too much.

Id rather sleep than feel horrible.

Didnt do anything today except sleep, I need the sleep.

Feeling like I am about to give up, vomitted just now. Just felt bloated.

i think I drink too much empty calories, Im going to stop doing that.

i will start drinking more plain water. Empty calories are not helping me loose weight even though I didnt eat much, my weight didnt change cause too much tea I guess for me.
