I got to where I wanted to be for the summer, 160lbs (5'8).. Ive been cutting down calories to start cutting since the summer is coming up, but I am trying to keep my weight up. I've been continuing to take fishoil, multivitamins, and protein shakes, and started to run and swim more, is there anything else i should be taking or doing? A 6pack would be nice for the summer.
