Humph! I LIKE hazel and brown eyes.
Yesterday I only spent 30 minutes in the rock climbing gym's weight room, but believe me, it was 30 minutes well spent. What the fuck did I do.......? Oh yes, I squatted 115 lbs freely, hmmm, 4 x 10. I jumped into the hamstring curl machine for a bit (50 lbs 3 x10), then some bench presses (95 lbs 3 x 4--um, it's been a while for that weight!), and some dumbbell work on my shoulders and such, with 15 lbs. I grabbed up some 25 lbs dumbbells for some lunges and squats, and did some of that hanging core work as well.
Afterward I went into the yoga room for Acroyoga--and I got my boyfriend to come!! It was perfect because there were 2 other dudes his size in there (3 people--1 base, 1 flier, 1 spotter). We did flying whale, haha! Where you are in the air on your back on someone's feet, doing a backbend and they are grabbing your ankles.
HEY! Mo, if you're reading this, check out (one of my instructors, she is so funny and nice). She's into acrobatics and stuff, too.
Anyway at the end of class we did a formation of 4 fliers and 4 bases, where the fliers linked arms, and Paige took a picture. I'll retrieve it sometime but she took one where I'm a base, and another when where I'm being flown by PZ . After class PZ said "I think that went well, me flying you." I said "Yeah, I was lighter than those guys you were working with" (I was working with a man and a girl my height). PZ said, "Not only that but I know your body, and I also knew how you'd react."
How presumptuous! I thought at first. Then it melted away to me thinking that was awfully cute . I kissed him goodbye because I still like sleeping at my house better
I haven't lost any weight from last week, although Sunday I saw 138.5 lbs briefly, I'm back to 140 this morning. I WAY over-ate this weekend, although yesterday I stayed around 2100 calories. My gameplan today is to run at lunch, go to belly dancing and then Yoga. Should be fun!
