So much happened it's difficult to mention it all--the reason I can't work out during lunch (wanted to run on the beach) is because last night a cop pulled me over right as I was making my way to the sushi restaurant, and informed me that my OTHER headlight (last month my left headlight went out) was out. He was really nice about it, polite and all, didn't mess with me and sent me on my way. Course, I have adequate registration and a license and insurance

It's a good deal to have that shit! HAHA. Point is, I must spend my lunch hour going to Santa Cruz Nissan dealer and getting a new bulb

. Dammit I wanted to get a run in before my cardio break! Grrrrrr.
So now I also have to watch my nutrition and get good deficits, no more eating whatever I want 'cause I'm just
so active
Also, yesterday after the closing circle of the Yoga retreat, I stopped at the end of Summit Road to a Vietnamese Buddhist temple and listened to an old monk lecture me

on how to be a good Buddhist--this type of Buddhism is very into the "correcting the negative karma" and was kind of a downer from my goddess-love-positive-vibes-make-more-positive-vibes retreat--still, the GIANT BUDDHA statues all over the place were awesomely excellent to look at, and the monk DID warm my heart by telling me that as long as my good deeds, charity, and repentance for wrong doing came genuinely from the heart, they would fix my evil, past deeds. LOL! Can't argue with him on THAT one. Almost made me want to give up eating fish but I decided that that was an attachment I didn't want to give up, LOL.
