Totally--but Steve, didn't you see???? I beat a BOY in a "holding triceps push up in half position" conest!!!! HEY! No congrats? :( LOL! ;)

Oh yea, I did see that and forgot to comment.

Good stuff!

Though if he was a bigger guy... that's a lot more weight to hold up than your scrawny booty!

No offense to your booty which I find to be just lovely. :p

Steve: HAHA--he was 6'1" and 175 lbs--and fit, normal for his age I guess. Not particularly burly. And my booty is HUGE for my size, trust me! (also trust that I like it like this and wouldn't have it any other way :)) I seriously need to get some pictures taken....when I hit 140!

Phoenyx: Must be the moon!

Cerella: Thanks Doll! HAHA "Yoga is great for the bedroom"--that's what everybody insists but personally I don't think it makes a huge difference in performance so much as in stature. The boy I played around with kept saying really complimentary things--haha, he REALLY liked my booty :D

I think I did some HIIT when I was training for my marathon. Our coach led workouts on Tuesday nights sound a lot like what you described. I need to start back up on that soon...just got too many things I am juggling now!! I would really like to focus on swimming and biking but don't want to lose the base I built running. I'm going to run 3 days a week but need to develop some structure around my runs....

Seriously, you and me and Phoenyx all are sort of struggling with our workout regime as far as deciding what to do. I have more to do than I have time for :( Either that or I'll be spreading myself too thin.......

Last night I came home at midnight and Barre was blasting this DOPE ass music (that happened to be HIS band from back in the day) and I got my zills out and started jamming with him--really fun but I had WANTED to get home earlier and sleep more to wake up earlier and do some am Yoga. I have my monthly face peel tonight :)() and although it's great for my skin, it means no intense, sweaty exercise for 2 days. Also, it means my face is going to peel, making me very self conscious and not willing to be in public much for a week. Whatever! At least I spent all damn weekend being active!

I'm still somewhat elated from my randy run about with Blond Yoga Boy :D Which reminds me, if you're a parent or soon to be one, PLEASE do not circumcise your son(s). Penis mutilation is awful and it's ALWAYS disappointing for me to discover such a state--I always offer condolences to poor boys who had no choice in the matter. Sorry if you disagree, but I feel very strongly that a man deserves to have his foreskin in place! :smash: And trust me, from experience, it's MUCH better for the woman :D

So much happened it's difficult to mention it all--the reason I can't work out during lunch (wanted to run on the beach) is because last night a cop pulled me over right as I was making my way to the sushi restaurant, and informed me that my OTHER headlight (last month my left headlight went out) was out. He was really nice about it, polite and all, didn't mess with me and sent me on my way. Course, I have adequate registration and a license and insurance :D It's a good deal to have that shit! HAHA. Point is, I must spend my lunch hour going to Santa Cruz Nissan dealer and getting a new bulb :ack2:. Dammit I wanted to get a run in before my cardio break! Grrrrrr.

So now I also have to watch my nutrition and get good deficits, no more eating whatever I want 'cause I'm just so active

Also, yesterday after the closing circle of the Yoga retreat, I stopped at the end of Summit Road to a Vietnamese Buddhist temple and listened to an old monk lecture me :) on how to be a good Buddhist--this type of Buddhism is very into the "correcting the negative karma" and was kind of a downer from my goddess-love-positive-vibes-make-more-positive-vibes retreat--still, the GIANT BUDDHA statues all over the place were awesomely excellent to look at, and the monk DID warm my heart by telling me that as long as my good deeds, charity, and repentance for wrong doing came genuinely from the heart, they would fix my evil, past deeds. LOL! Can't argue with him on THAT one. Almost made me want to give up eating fish but I decided that that was an attachment I didn't want to give up, LOL.

Miss Brunette Goddess! Hey there! :) All right!!!! Wanna do YOGA together???

I've never gotten the knack of yoga and meditation but perhaps that comes with west coast residency! I'm really looking forward to the beaches and the hiking and maybe even skiing for the first time. I'm a little nervous but I have yet to hear someone say, "Oh, I hate California."

Face peel? What does that do for you?

Helps clear deep congestion, my skin is awful like that :( Got cursed with this oily skin, but my aesthetician says it sort of helps with keeping wrinkles to a minimum in certain cases!

No comment on the foreskin...when it's hard they all look the same :)

I very much and highly, but politely DISAGREE! Very much so. I'm very experimental, I paid close attention to the differences, plus my current lover is unclipped, and my ex boyfriend, and they felt the best physically. Mushroom tops look weird to me nowadays.....it's just not natural!:conehead:

LOL!!!! It'll most likely take some getting used to!! Where are you going to be, the valley or the coast or the mountains? The central valley is a SHITTY part of Cali, trust me!

Hah! Unfortunately the shitty part. Jeff got a job in Mojave so we're going to try and live in Tehachapi so I can work in Bakersfield. It's going to be an adjustment but I'm looking forward to it.

Oh no! :( Bakersfield........well, you could be very very happy, don't get me wrong.....but IMO, and as gently as I can say this...I don't think Bakersfield is a good representation of what Cali has to offer......

Still! Glad you're looking forward to it! I dunno where you're coming from so I have no way to compare the two! ATL is Atlanta, Georgia?????

Yeah I'm coming to Cali from Atlanta. I can't really compare the two either but as far as living in Bakersfield... well, that's why they made cars and planes... so you don't have to stay in one place all the time!

I've been wanting to see Atlanta for a long long time! HOME OF THE DIRTY DIRTY!! :D

Yes, you NEED transpo--the best place that's closest is San Luis Obispo. Definitely hang out there!

Hum...I may need to try one of these peels. I have some fine lines and sun spots I'd like to get rid of. Does the process hurt? Do you have to avoid people?? LOL

I've only been with one unclipped guy and he was a guy I met on my Italy vacation. W/the condom on I couldn't tell any difference. LOL But I did end up with a bite mark on my calf and scratches down my back. OOUUU!!!

Hey there girlie :). That yoga retreat sounds hardcore! Soon you'll have a body like madonna, but hopefully more curvie of course.

As to the oily skin, mine was also quite greasy until my late 30's. Now its very dry and I have to slather on a lot of greasy lotion in the morning which soaks right in within minutes (including straight up cocoa butter).

Are you still staying with your family friend in the mountains?

HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't seen or heard from YOU in a long long time!!! :waving: How are you, HOT MAMA????

yes I'm still in the woods with good ol Barre--god I love that guy, he is THE SHIT. A straight Buddha in his kindness and generosity. Definitely admirable qualities!

yes I'm waiting for the day when I'll dry out a little--oily skin sucks!

HAHA Madonna--that'll always be the dream :D Haha, nah, I want to be a little less CUT than her I think........

Holy shit! My lucky day I guess, over a million in rep! WOW, I never would have thought ever........:eek2:

I also got my $600 rebate check in the mail today :hurray: from the Rewards Program, yay!

ALSO, my trip to Nissan dealer to get a bulb for my headlight went great. Same guy working as last time I was there a month ago, and he was happy to see me! LOL! He and I chatted about our Thanksgivings and he even said it was "good to see you again" which is kinda weird, but whatever. He's probably in his early 30s and maybe I think he thinks I'm cute or something. Whatever, the coolest thing was he sold the bulb to me AT COST! :sifone: Like, normally for other people ;) they cost $24.00 + tax!!!! Well, I did a double take when I was charged $15.73 + tax :eek2: Must be at cost. Hmmmm, lucky day for me! :D

Lucky for you indeed! Congrats on that and the reps! :)

Your diary is so full of interesting subjects, from yoga retreats to running races, to buddhist temples to uncircumsized penises... You pretty much cover all your bases ;)

I'm still working on getting my ass in gear. Gym night tonite for sure.

Take care and hope your monthly treatment goes well.

-Sam
