Ok I posted this in the 135 or Bust challenge, but here in my own diary:
My good news is I finally started--so I'm going to stay away from the scale until Monday, when my bloated-ness should go down. More good news: I have Tofurkey, which is vegan turkey with stuffing, to eat on TG, which should keep me away from the bread--the major overeating factor on TG for me (I don't eat stuffing, obviously, or turkey or anything meat-and-foul related). More good news: yes I have a 10K race tomorrow before all the festivities start, so if I manage a 7 minute mile pace for a total of about 43:11, (my best 10K time is 42:52, but that was a race with much fewer people, this race is like 3000) I'll be burning about 700 calories at my current weight, and keeping my metabolism a bit higher for the rest of the day More good news--Friday I'm off to my Yoga retreat until Sunday, meaning I have no access to beer, wine, candy, etc...and am only given organic vegetarian meals suitable to my Ayurvedic type--i.e., There is no way I can be a bad bunny this weekend I'll be far too centered to pig out Sunday night! So I'm looking forward to my weigh in on Monday, which is pretty contradictory, haha!
