Superlative is basically the form of an adjective that is to the extreme. Basically the -est. Best, highest, strongest, etc.

Yes, I know. I got using it because I made fish tacos for Chris and I one night, and he said, "These....are superlative." HAHA! I DO make the best fish tacos you'll ever taste :D Healthiest, too--NO aioli, salsa instead. Hmmm, should I give the secret? Nah, if you want some, come visit me :D

Ok I posted this in the 135 or Bust challenge, but here in my own diary:

My good news is I finally started--so I'm going to stay away from the scale until Monday, when my bloated-ness should go down. More good news: I have Tofurkey, which is vegan turkey with stuffing, to eat on TG, which should keep me away from the bread--the major overeating factor on TG for me (I don't eat stuffing, obviously, or turkey or anything meat-and-foul related). More good news: yes I have a 10K race tomorrow before all the festivities start, so if I manage a 7 minute mile pace for a total of about 43:11, (my best 10K time is 42:52, but that was a race with much fewer people, this race is like 3000) I'll be burning about 700 calories at my current weight, and keeping my metabolism a bit higher for the rest of the day More good news--Friday I'm off to my Yoga retreat until Sunday, meaning I have no access to beer, wine, candy, etc...and am only given organic vegetarian meals suitable to my Ayurvedic type--i.e., There is no way I can be a bad bunny this weekend I'll be far too centered to pig out Sunday night! So I'm looking forward to my weigh in on Monday, which is pretty contradictory, haha!

Bunny, good luck on the run tomorrow. Get some good sleep tonight and have some eggs before hand for energy.

Also, all kidding aside, have a great Yoga retreat. It should be a great weekend. :seeya:

Bunny
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English
Pronounced: BUN-ee

Diminutive from BERENICE
Ancient Macedonian form of the Greek name ???????? (Pherenike), which meant "bringing victory" from ???? (phero) "to bring" and ???? (nike) "victory". This name was common among the Ptolemy ruling family of Egypt. It occurs briefly in Acts in the New Testament (in most English Bibles it is spelled Bernice) belonging to a sister of King Herod Agrippa II. As an English name, Berenice came into use after the Protestant Reformation.

Have fun at your 10K tomorrow. 7min pace is out of this world...that's fantastic. Hopefully you'll take first place in your age group!!

I'll be at a 10K as well but hanging back w/the 11min milers...who knows, maybe I push for a 10:30 mile...now I'm talking crazy!!! LOL
