Hi!
I'm currently doing yoga. I swam in the ocean and saw lots of fishies today. I had ahi and home made miso soup and salad with pomegranate for dinner, sushi for lunch, and yogurt with agave and a spirulina drink with a smoothie for b-fast. We also went to the Mac Nut Factory and got chocolate covered macademia nuts.
It's very "voggy" today. One of the volcanic craters recently exploded and a plume of sulfuric smoke has been constantly ruining the air on this side of the island
Tomorrow I'm going to get up early and run, swim, and go to town and shop while Emily is at work, then we're going to African Dance class (never been bu t she showed me some moves). I'm gonna wing it

After class is a Virgo celebration (because there are a lot of people born around these days) where we're having a kegger of Kona Long Board Lager
I do believe I may be taking in a surplus. Therefore, I'm going to start loggin calories tomorrow, which is not a bother--I'm in Organizer Mode. Vacation gives me time to think and plan, two things I enjoy doing together

More yoga, then bed

It's only 9pm but both her and her awesome boyfriend have to wake up early, and I'm off by 3 hours..........
