I dont have father "issues", me and my dad just never really got along. He was always down on me about my weight and everything. Always matching me up to my brother and pointing out my short-commings.

Well, yeah, his bad--not yours. My dad was more of a disgusting older brother to party with for me, until his partying got the better of him. BUT we went on some great camping trips. He showed me the wonders of hiking in the beautiful forest

I know what you mean about exercise as a stimulant for sure. Right now I'm running in the evenings, and it helps me get out all the stress I've accrued in my system during the day... No tweaker teeth here either, fuck that. I'm a Capricorn baby, it's all about feet and teeth for me, lol
