It's much easier to get a hot guy exactly where you want him by mackin', being real nice and sweet, compliments, being cute, not too forward, show off some talents, throw in slight physical contact as if it was an accident, get him alone somewhere, pretend to deny him sex as in it's not gonna happen YET, let him initiate something, then jump on him. I do not know the people whom you speak. All the men that I know would take the opportunity when and where presented. Bird in the hand is worth a bush in the hand, or something like that.
