Curvie Girlie; from 158 to 138 lbs

I sense a little Lara Croft in those pics of yours....veeery veery beautiful I most say :)..Great Job! *2 whole tumbs up*

You look so good in those hiking pictures (by good I mean hot!) I can tell you're working out a lot because you look very toned and healthy. Way to go.

Thank you everyone, you know.....I have not been responding in this thread. I think it's cause I gained some weight since then, and feel crappy about it. Nontheless, I'm trying my hardest to get back to 138 and I'm very close! Actually I have put on more muscle, too. I now have muscular bumps in my hips that I never had before and am trying to figure out if it's feminine or nasty. I think I'll just say it's Ok for now, I'm not going to stop lifting!!!

You know, weight fluctuates daily!! Nothing to feel crappy about. I have been weighing myself religiously everyday for the past 8 months and can tell you some days I gained 4 pounds OVERNIGHT.. really heavy meals day before

Amazing!!

Wow CurvieGirlie, you look amazing!!!! I am honestly jealous now. Thank you for posting your eating and exercising routine also.
Your pictures are so inspirational!!

Sounds like you are going about losing weight in a healthy way. You are losing weight through a life-style change, which will result in long-term weight loss. One thing you should remember is that it's not how many pounds you lose but how much your body-fat percentage decreases. I'm not sure exactly how many pounds you lost but lets say for example you lost 10lbs. In reality, you could have lost 15lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle. 1lb of muscle takes up less space than 1lb of fat, which gives you a leaner look (but doesn't decrease your body weight by much).

Congratulations, you look great! And I don't think you need to keep looking at the scale, just keep up the great work!

Hey the old thread...............

Currently I'm 9 pounds heavier, BUT I'm even stronger and more fit than I was back then. I ate and drank like a King all summer and recently quit drinking and started meal-planning to get back to 137, at least. My new goal overall shall be 135. Wish me luck! The pics motivate me, lol!

Wow.

You had and probably still do have a really nice body. I like how you are thin and sort of muscular, yet still feminine. This is how I would like to look.

You look like a total champ. Yes, that's champ, not chump! I love triumphant poses on mountaintops.

(I'm 5'7" tall BTW)
Anyway, here I am on Dec 2nd 2006 at about 158 lbs:

My goal is to be 130 lbs, but I'm not really sure because at 138 I feel pretty thin--but pleased. Here I am at about 138 on March 31st 2007 on the top of Mount Madonna, San Luis Obispo:
