Curvie Girlie; from 158 to 138 lbs

You look absolutely gorgeous and very STRONG! That's one thing I love about weight training, the feeling that my body can do anything.
 
You look soooo amazing! Thanks so much for posting. I'm 156 right now down from 186 a year ago. It's been a slow and steady weight loss but I feel like I'm keeping it off for good this time. I'm 5'6" and your pics make me want to set my new goal around 138. You look absolutely phenomenal! I do kickboxing too. It's the best! :)

Couple things with your pics. First off you look great and all you hard work shows.
Second, the pics look like they were taken on a cool mountain. You would never get me on the edge like that. How far was the drop when you were standing there?

I'm so glad you started this thread. Alot of girls that I know are to scared to do weight training because they think that they are going to bulk up and turn into monsters but you are living proof of what will happen if you do weight training and eat 5-6 times a day. I'm going to show this thread to any girl that disagress with me in the future. :p Congratulations by the way!!!

Thanks! Oh it just LOOKS like I'm on edge--I'm actually on a pile of rocks on the top, on the highest rock. SO the drop was just onto rocks not far below!

Oh thanks! This was over a year and a half ago, currently I'm doing lots of Yoga and am about 5-ish pounds heavier, but the muscle tone is still quite similar. I'm exploring other fitness options but definitely wish to weight train more hardcore in the future--and start rock climbing in January!
