To be honest I'm having a hard time maintaining my diet and keeping the caloric deficet....but today is much better and I'm continuing to truck on and I'm determined to reach my goal. Thanks for the support everyone, and if I actually have inspired someone, then that makes me happy inside.
Wow- Thanks for the inspiration. I am just starting my weight loss plan. I am hoping to lose 15 pounds in the next four months and go from 156-141. Well, actually I need to lose a dress size. But I have no concept of what that is or how to achieve it. Since we are similar height and you accomplished a similar goal to mine, can I ask you if your dress size went down?

Man what a difference. You might wanna get you're BF% tested 130 might be too low for you if you've got enough muscle mass. Or if you are interested in abs you can always go that route.
