Anywho - yeah that's exactly right. That's why I kept stating it over and over again in my replies - I don't count calories, so the 1300 was just an estimate number. Not in any way an exact count. Which was the point I was trying to make, but I think ppl keep getting the impression that when I say approx 1300 - that's an exact count for each day. So thanks for understanding what I'm trying to say ... lol. I don't count calories. I would just guess it to be around 1300 on a busy day (that I don't get any snacks in for instance). But I'm sure that since I dont' count them - my calories fluctuate a little bit from day to day depending on wether I have time for snacks in between meals, and what I have for dinner, etc.
I DO have an idea of what foods are high or low in calories, fat, etc. Just because I've been reading labels for SO LONG. But I just can't stand counting calories - I tried it for a couple days once - it felt like another "chore" that I had to do. I didn't like it at all and knew I wouldn't stick to a program like that. So I just read labels and try to eat healthier foods that are generally lean.
